Grid-Optimized Motors

The proven Innomotics GP are optimized for line operation, and are available with efficiency classes up to IE4. All motors have the same power-shaft height assignment. As a consequence, there are no shaft height differences, making it easy to service or replace motors. Due to the same power-shaft height assignment across all efficiency classes, migration to more efficient motors is very easy. Grid-optimized motors can be also operated with converters.

Converter-Optimized Motors

The Innomotics GP VSD motors are based on the platform of the Innomotics GP motor series. The design corresponds to the line motors – the mechanical parts are identical. The motors are adapted to the converter by appropriately dimensioning the active part and VSD-specific rating plate data. In addition, a large number of the variations available for the line motors (types of construction, motor protection, terminal box position, and options) are also available for the VSD motors.

Innomotics - Space-Saving Motor

High voltage motor Innomotics HV C water-jacket-cooled. The Innomotics HV C water-jacket-cooled is optimized for space restricted applications due to its compact design. It reliably prevents dirty, aggressive, and salt-laden air from entering the motor while allowing the heat it dissipates to be recovered and used in the process. The design reduces weight and noise, improves vibrational behavior, and enables smoother operation and longer service life.
