The Triton Fabricated Tee Strainer is engineered to be a highly efficient solution for optimizing heat transfer while supporting energy efficiency initiatives. Its design is focused on reducing maintenance efforts, enhancing plant safety, and increasing operational efficiency. Built entirely in the United States, this strainer uses a proprietary screen design enabling smooth fluid flow, reducing pump head requirements and motor horsepower needs. It features the QuikClean service ports for rapid inspection and cleaning, significantly minimizing operational downtimes. Triton strainers are customizable, offering various materials and connection options to suit specific requirements. The strainers employ a heat-fused proprietary epoxy coating, enhancing hydrodynamic flow and corrosion resistance, ensuring longer equipment life. Certified welders design and fabricate according to ASME standards, underscoring the strainer's reliability and efficient solid removal capacity, providing longer operating times between cleanings.

The Helios TCS provides continuous online tube cleaning of up to five (5) heat exchangers.  The system continuously cleans heat exchangers by circulating sponge balls through the heat exchanger tubes at programmed intervals, preventing residue, deposits, and bio-film from accumulating in the tubes.
