Model AxL CTLS - Axially Swept Light Sheet Microscopy System
The Axially Swept Light Sheet Microscopy System, known as AxL CTLS, offers advanced imaging capabilities for cleared specimen visualization. Designed with a fully automated macro zoom microscope and high numerical aperture (NA) apochromatic objectives, it features dual-sided light sheet illumination for comprehensive imaging of whole organs and small animals. This system employs a patented axially swept light sheet microscopy (ASLM) technique to generate a thin, long, and uniform lightsheet, bolstered by custom-designed excitation objectives. Capable of imaging one cubic centimeter in under a minute, it utilizes a back-thinned sCMOS camera. The AxL CTLS system includes a compact scanner with dual-sided illumination optics and a robust sCMOS 2304 x 2304 pixel camera, ensuring a 95% quantum efficiency for precise imaging. It features high-speed axial chromatic focus adjustment, motorized zoom, and an electrically tunable lens. Integrated with SlideBook software, it expertly manages data for high-resolution imaging tasks.
3i - Model Lattice LightSheet - Microscope for 3D Live Cell Imaging
The Lattice LightSheet microscope by Intelligent Imaging Innovations is a sophisticated imaging device designed for high-resolution, dynamic 3D live cell imaging. This system leverages an optical lattice to form exceptionally thin light sheets, enabling prolonged observation of biological specimens with exceptional detail. The microscope excels in 4D live cell imaging, facilitating studies that extend for hours or days, far surpassing the temporal limitations of traditional imaging platforms. Its advanced optics incorporate specialized cylindrical lenses to create and modulate the light sheet using a spatial light modulator, enabling users to achieve high spatiotemporal resolution and sensitivity. Supporting photomanipulation and single-molecule localization microscopy, the Lattice LightSheet provides environmental control, advanced beam structuring, and modular light sheet configuration to accommodate diverse experimental needs. This system is particularly beneficial for research in fields such as cell biology, immunology, and neuroscience, offering powerful tools for exploring cellular and subcellular dynamics.
Model Marianas SDC - Super-Resolution Spinning Disk Confocal Microscopy System
Yokogawa spinning disk confocals utilize a dual Nipkow disk with microlenses for the best optical sectioning and minimal pinhole crosstalk. This proven technology is the best solution for live cell imaging where optical sectioning and cell viability are both critically important.
Marianas LightSheet - Versatile Multiview Light Sheet Microscopy System
The Marianas LightSheet system integrates dual inverted selective plane illumination microscopy (diSPIM) with an advanced research-grade inverted microscope, allowing for extensive imaging capabilities tailored for model organisms. Known for its low phototoxicity and substantial sample space, this system supports diverse specimen types and experimental protocols such as photoablation and photomanipulation. It elevates experimental potential by incorporating spinning disk confocal imaging, total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF), and fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM), all operated through the sophisticated SlideBook software. The flexible configuration features multiple high-end components like MEMs mirror scanners, optimized objective pairs, and motorized drives to enable precise manipulation and imaging. With its modularity, users can seamlessly integrate additional functionalities like laser ablation and photomanipulation, all optimized for intricate light sheet experiments and complex data processing through GPU acceleration.
