The MD series comes in a total of 38 models. A wide range of flow rates, hose connections, and threaded connections (M type) are available as standardized models. In addition, dedicated high-head, large-flow-rate models are available. The most economical and suitable pump can be selected from this wide variety of models.

Manufactured mainly from superior corrosion-resistant CFRETFE, the pumps in this series are exclusively designed to handle highly corrosive liquids. The spindle, bearing, and other sliding parts are SiC ceramics, allowing the pump to handle all type of chemicals including strong acids/alkalies and organic solvents.

This series includes nine of exclusive motor types and ten types of general-purpose motor types. This extensive lineup covers a wide range of application needs, involving everything from trace to large amounts of fluid. What`s more, the pump head is manufactured using various materials including PVC, fluororesin, and stainless steel, making the pump useful for almost all chemical dosing needs.

The metering pump SK series are small-sized diaphragm metering pumps suitable for most chemical feeding purposes including water treatment of up to 1L/min capacity. Designed to be light-weight and compact in size, the pumps in SK series are not only most suitable for inclusion into a system, but are also very durable and can withstand severe operating environments such as plant facilities as they have a fully closed structure for outdoor applications. A controller based on a new concept has been developed for the automated operation of the pump. The SK series achieves high control efficiency and cost efficiency by substituting the control system.

The position of the bellows is constantly monitored via the laser displacement sensors and proximity switches. The pump itself reduces pulsation without any additional equipment because the controller determines the appropriate amount of phase shift required to move the bellows left and right via an electromagnetic valve.pressure up to 8.00kPa.

The main components such as the plunger and cylinder are processed with high precision of micron order, so it is possible to obtain high discharge accuracy. Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki`s original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.
