Heated FID Analyzers - FIDs with Backpurge Filter
All heated FID THC and NMHC analyzers described in here are equipped with our permanent internal 2 micron stainless sample filter. For cleaning and regenerating this filter compressed air or nitrogen must be supplied applied for cleaning and regeneration. Cleaning typically takes just a few seconds. Our proprietary back purge feature not only cleans the internal sample filter; When a sample line is attached between the sampling probe and the analyzer, this line is automatically cleaned too with every back purge process. In most cases, no probe filter is needed. Back purging the sample filter can be automated with our available timing device.
