J.U.M. - Heated FID Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer
The Model VE 7 is our widest distributed heated FID THC analyzer. It is being manufactured since 1974 and is thevery first heated THC analyzer ever built using a permanent back purge sample filter. It is still the mostly liked heated FID throughout the stack testing community and best known for its legendary ruggedness, forgiveness and long standing accuracy and sensitivity. The VE7 belongs to the very first total hydrocarbon analyzers being officially certified for stack emissions compliance monitoring in Europe. In the USA, a significant part of the Method 25A was written around the VE7. Many thousand VE7s were sold mainly in Europe and in the USA.
J.U.M. - Transportable Fully Heated FID Analyzer
The Model 3-200 is a transportable fully heated FID is successfully used throughout international markets for over 30 years. Also among other portable gas FIDs, the 3-200 It is the first ever built transportable fully heated FID using high pressure back purge sample filter. It is widely distributed throughout the industry and the stack testing community and is much liked for its ruggedness, high accuracy, sensitivity and stability.
J.U.M. - TVOC Analyzer
The Model 3-300A was designed in the early 80’s as a space saving alternative to our many thousand fold VE7. The 3-300A was a also “first” in the industry due to its sample filter back purge feature. It is also a very much liked 19″ rack mount heated FID throughout the stack testing community and well known for its ruggedness, forgiveness and long standing accuracy and sensitivity. The 3-300A is fully identical to the VE7 and 3-200 and has been officially approved for that.
J.U.M. - Heated Non Methane Hydrocarbon FID Analyzer
The Model 109A is a Heated Non Methane Hydrocarbon FID Analyzer thousandfold used throughout industrial environmental and stack emissions applications as well in ambient air and indoor air concentration measurements. Manufactured since 1989 this analyzer this heated dual FID analyzer continuously and simultaneously measures the Methane, Total Hydrocarbon and Non Methane Hydrocarbon concentration a gaseous sample in air and other gases like industrial vents, internal combustion engines, stack gases or any other emission containing source. The 109A fully complies with EN 25140:2010. Also complies with US-EPA Method 25A and Method 503.
J.U.M. - FID Analyzer
The J.U.M Model 3-700 FID is designed to be installed directly upstream of a FTIR analyzer to continuously measure the total concentration of hydrocarbons within a gaseous sample. All controls which allow to calibrate the FTIR or FID individually are built in. Sources can be ambient air, exhaust gases from a combustion process, stack emissions, from any type of an industrial vent, from an internal combustion engine, or from any other emission containing hydrocarbons. The Model 3-700 complements an FTIR analyzer with full THC monitoring capabilities.

The HFID Model H100 is a compact heated FID analyzer for high purity hydrogen applications. The H100 measures low trace total hydrocarbon concentration in Hydrogen. For fastest response and highest accuracy except the pressure regulator all components in contact with sample are housed in a 190 deg Celsius heated oven. The Model H100 is ideally suited for the detection of very low traces of hydrocarbons in pressurized high purity Hydrogen gasses. H100 may also be well suited for the integration in low concentration Hydrogen online inspection systems.

Bautz Engineering’s AeroFid® family of Micro Leak Detection Systems for filled aerosol cans offers over 35 years of proven, very reliable, economical and practical solutions to achieve immediate production savings and improved safety and quality by eliminating bubble detectors and water bath operators. In addition to our Water Bath Alternative, the complementary water bath test method with partially submersed cans generates accurate data to be easily and consistently gathered as an integral part of a quality management system to force improvements in quality and in the supply chain.
AeroFid - Automatic Micro Leak Detector for Filled Aerosol Cans
The AeroFid-60 tests up to 80 cans per minute. This compact, over the conveyor machine houses the high speed leak analyzer, the control panel with touch screen display and the zero air generator. Our long standing, fast responding Model 22B hydrocarbon propellant sensor automatically extracts one sample at a time from the head and valve area of each individual aerosol can. The cans freely scroll through sensing area. Immediately after a leak was detected, the faulty can is rejected from the conveyor. For speeds above 80 CPM, per minute our AeroFid-100, AeroFid-200 or AeroFid-500 should be considered.
