J.U.M.`s External Non Methane Hydrocarbon Cutter allows the added capability to measure alternately METHANE ONLY or THC with one heated total hydrocarbon analyzer (HFID).
J.U.M. - Model PreFilter VE 112 - All Heated Sample Filter & Interface Analyzer
Gas analyzers for emissions measurement are typically exposed to heavy soot dust and condensed hydrocarbon contamination. Therefore
it is absolutely necessary to fine filter the sample gas stream and prevent HC memory effects in the entire sample train. The J.U.M. Engineering PreFilter® 112 is an efficient, all heated and low pressure drop interface and sample filter for removing solids from a gaseous sample. It utilizes an all stainless steel 2μm mesh filter and an all stainless steel valve in a thermostatically controlled oven to prevent the loss of high molecular weight hydrocarbons and condensation of water. The VE 112 is probably the smartest and lowest cost solution to design a complete multi component CEM.
J.U.M. - Model 108 - High Sample Diluter
The Heated Sample Diluter Model 108 dilutes an introduced sample gas of high concentration in a 1:10, or a 1:100 dilution rate to allow the linear measurement of total hydrocarbon concentration rates above several ten-thousand ppm, up to 10% and above. For fastest response and better span and zero stability sample injection is our method of choice in this decades time proven heated sample diluter.
J.U.M. - Model VE 222 - All Heated 2-Point Prefilter /Sample Sequencer
The Model VE 222 is an efficient, all heated and low pressure drop 2-stream sample sequencer, filter and interface for removing solids from two gaseous sample streams. The Model VE 222 utilizes two independent permanently installed all stainless steel mesh sample filters and two independent all stainless steel sample valves in a thermostatic controlled oven to prevent the loss of high molecular weight hydrocarbons or condensation of water.
J.U.M. PreFilter - Model VE 112WP - Wall Panel Mount Heated Sample Filter and Interface
The VE 112WP is the wall or panel mount version of our time proven VE112 heated sample filter and interface. Can be mounted in a separate NEMA 4 type housing or the system with all analyzers and sample cooler. With our unique sample back purge system, typically no sample filter at the stack probe is needed. During back purge not only the internal sample filter is cleaned, but also the heated sample line between the stack probe and the CEM is rigorously cleaned and freed up from condensing matter and hang up. Such guarantees extended working up times at comparatively low maintenance cost.
J.U.M. - Model TJ 100 - Heated Sample Line
The Model TJ 100 is a Heated Sample Line especially designed for Emissions Applications where hydrocarbons are to be measured. To prevent the forming of hydrocarbon memory effects, (hang up), the end caps are heat resistant to up to 200 deg.C. This allows the sample line to be coupled inside an oven of a heated sample filter and heated FID analyzers. A flame resistant PVC coating over a rugged metal flex tubing is used for outer protection of the sample line. Direct heat transfer to inner hose. No metal braiding and no silicon materials block the heat transfer between heating element and sample hose. The inner sample hose material is PTFE with an inner diameter 4mm (5/32"). Both end fittings are 316S, 1/4" o.d. Swage Fitting. A type "J" thermocouple is standard. Available lengths are 1 meter, 3 meter, 5 meter, 8 meter, 10 meter and 15 meter (230 V only).
J.U.M. - Model TF 602 - External Digital Temperature Controller
The TF 602 is an external digital temperature controller especially designed for our TJ 100 heated sample line. It is housed in a rugged water protected GFK enclosure.
J.U.M. - Model 2812D - Compact Sample Pump
The 2812D is a very compact sample pump. It is made of 316 stainless steel to withstand the corrosive gasses as they can become present in a typical stack gas emission test. The drive mechanism is designed for a very smooth, low vibration, silent and continuous operation. The pump drive mechanism and motor have been designed for continuous, smooth and low vibration, silent and long lasting operation.
J.U.M. - Model 2825PD - Compact Compressor or Sample Pump
The 2825PD is a very compact compressor or sample pump. The two pumping modules are made of 316 Stainless Steel with aluminum heads as a compressor or made from 316S stainless steel. The dual head design provides a high medium flow of approx. 25 liter per minute when configured parallel. Both pump modules can also be used as used as individual dual or high flow sample pump. In the all stainless version it withstands normal corrosive gasses as they are present in standard stack gas emission. The pump drive mechanism has been designed for a smooth and low vibration, silent and long lasting continuous mode of operation.
