Krušik spiral plastics sewage manholes are designed and manufactured in accordance with EN 13598-2. Thanks to their design, flexibility of manufacturing and material they are made of, they are very suitable for all the mentioned functions because they provide an easy, fast and safe access for the needs of inspections and interventions as purging of clogged pipelines and potential repairs of pipes. The manholes are easy to handle and simple for instalation.

They are of a similar design as sewage manholes, they also consist of spirally-wound body – cylinder on which the bottom and appropriate fittings are welded. They are also intended for burial, but their function is somewhat different. They serve as pumping-out stations or temporary collectors – they recieve wastewaters from sewage, rainfall or drainage sewages or from industrial wastewaters which flow into the shaft by gravity flow. At the bottom of the shaft the propper pump is placed – this is so called submerged pump, which pumps out collected wastewaters towards the proper common collector. These pumps are also called mud-pumps or faeces pumps, which are used for pumping out of water which contains mud and some rigid and solid particles.

PROTECTIVE SHAFTS – their main function is protection and an easy access to particular elements that are buried in the ground. The space inside the shaft is protected against outside loads and influences such as ground, water, atmospheric impacts, access of unauthorized individuals, etc.

Krušik Plastika a.d. manufactures vertical plastic types tanks in maximum cubic capacities up to 50 m3 (50 000 lit.), and the maximum diametre is up to Ø 3 200 mm. These are the so called vertical above-ground tanks – cisterns. They are not intended for burying, i.e. covering with soil, but for placing on a flat, rigid surface (base, support). In the standard variant, these tanks are manufactured with the flat bottom, which is in the horizontal position, cylindrical body (skin, wrapping) and slightly conical lid (top, roof).

Horizontal plastic tanks – cisterns, are manufactured in cubic capacities up to 200 m3 . We manufacture them in two basic variations: Horizontal underground (burying) tanks – cisterns which are intended for burying in the ground and covering with soil.
Horizontal above-ground tanks – cisterns with a support, the so called legs (cradles).

Double-wall plastics tanks (double-skin plastics tanks) are applied mostly for purposes of storage of so-called dangerous chemicals, primarily for aggressive liquids (high-concentrated acids, alkali and liquid salts) as well as for substances which could endanger the environment in a very critical way. If some leakage occurs out of the inner (storage ) tank, the whole “dangerous” content will be held inside the outer (retention) tank.

Tubs are made of high density polyethylene and polypropylene. They consist of a flat bottom, and cylindrical wrapper. the conical cover is produced for the tubs so that prevents the entry of atmospheric precipitation and dust into the tubs. It is also produced floating cover for sauerkraut. Tubs are produced in standard black color, all though it is possible to produce them in other colors by the request of the customer. Krušik- Plastika owns health certificate of the tubs for storage and preparation of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Oil and oil derivatives separators are used for purification of wastewater from rain drainage for all areas exposed to rainfall and with bigger quantity of residue, such as traffic routes, squares, parks, gas stations, car repair shops, garages, industrial plants, etc. Outlet of purified water is done in natural recipient or sewage system.

The pipes are produced in the range of nominal dimensions – the inner diameter ID from Ø300 to Ø3000 mm, lengths 6,0 m or 3,0 m (for ID diameters bigger than 2000 mm) – smaller pipe lengths are available upon request.

With the aim of enriching the assortment of sewage system components Krušik Plastika a.d. has developed the proper range of accessory elements: manholes, elbows, T-parts, Y-parts, reduction parts as well as other fittings which are completely compliant with the pipes regarding their dimensions and stiffness. These elements are made as individual parts, which means that we have a large flexibility regarding their shapes and dimensions. In that way the accessory elements can be adapted to the specific needs of a customer or a project.
