Vetamat
Vetamat - Model Eco - Automatic Chip Processing System
The low cost way to enter the automatic chip processing with the continuously working LANNER® de-oiling system. With the patented Vetamat® system the metal chips are reliably separated from the coolant. The complete system includes a Parabolic centrifuge PV25, a conveyor with tank as well as a LOGO-control system from Siemens. Optionally to this system it is possible to add a crane support with electric chain hoist, a chip cart or a automatically blow out device when the material has to be changed.
Vetamat - Centrifugal Systems
Ready-for-use centrifugal systems. The patented Vetamat system separates the metal chips from the coolant. Wet chips are fed into the infeed hopper of the conveyor and are automatically fed into the centrifuge from there. The delivery includes the centrifuge with hydraulic unit, chip conveyor with tank, oil tub and control cabinet. The Vetamat system design includes also a chip crusher and a chip cart dumper. Long chips are first filled into the chip cart dumper via chip cart and then tilted into the chip crusher. The crushed chips fall into the hopper of the conveyor and are then transported into the centrifuge. Vetamat systems achieve a throughput of 100 kg/h – 2,000 kg/h.

Lanner - Vibratory Screener
The screener is implemented to maintain system parts such as chip crushers, centrifuges and chip conveyors and to reduce blockages. It continuously and efficiently separates tramp metals from the chips. The tramp metals are ejected from the process while the short chips can continue to be processed.
Lanner - Silos
LANNER silos are particularly useful holding storage containers for larger, dried chips. The chip logistics of LANNER are distinguished by the fully automatic process of filling silos, documented chip volumes, and the quick and clean way HGV/containers are filled.
Fluidline - Return Pump Station
TheFluidlinereturn pump station can take the crushed metal chips and the used coolant in a fully automated process. The way the system works is similar to the Vacoline. The only difference being that the chips are pumped away from the operating machine with the coolant. This mixture can be collected in a central coolant cleaning system, separated and processed.
Vacoline - Chip Crusher
Vacoline® from LANNER. The Vacoline is a fully automatic solution in crushing and transporting chips by means of vacuum suction, which is directly integrated in the machine tool itself. Chips are crushed with a LANNER chip crusher in the machine tool. Mistakenly insert tramp metals are automatically ejected. Chips are transported through piping to a central chip treatment system by vacuum suction. This system is easily expandable at any time. A suction system can suck up short chips, from a saw for example, through the piping without a chip crusher.
Lanner - Chip Crusher
LANNER chip crushers are suitable for breaking up steel wool, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, brass and cast chips that are high in oil content. The broken, free flowing chips achieve around 20% of their original volume depending on the type of material.

Lanner - Model Vetamat - Turn-Key Compact System for up to 2 m³/h
Place, plug, process. Economic chip processing could be that easy. And it is – if you use a system from Lanner. Thanks to the turn-key execution of the compact Vetamat system it is ready to operate in a blink of an eye. And this even up to a maximum throughput of 2 m³ per hour. The complete system is mounted on a WRA tab with the add-on treatment. If you are searching for a cost-saving entry into the automatic chip processing the Vetamat Eco system will be your solution. It consists of a conveyor with tank, a parabolic centrifuge and a control cabinet with a Siemens PLC.
Centrifuges
Lanner - Model DS32 - DS150 - Lifting Bottom Centrifuge
Drying fine chips or grinding sludge thermally pollutes the environment and additionally wastes a high amount of energy. Is that really necessary? Of course not, at least not if the patented DS lifting bottom centrifuge from Lanner is used. Due to the self-cleaning principle of the slot sieve this type of centrifuge suites perfectly to the solid-liquid separation of free-flowing chips and grinding sludge. The rest-moisture of the chips after centrifuging can be below 1 %. The regained coolant can easily be brought back to the manufacturing process or a filtration.
