CDK - Carbon dioxide evaluation kit

CDK is an evaluation kit for CO2 detection, which includes all the needed components for quick and simple start. The possibility to change the parts within the kit easily makes the kit a flexible and utility solution.

MDK - Methane evaluation kit

MDK is an evaluation kit for CH4 detection, which includes all the needed components for quick and simple start. The possibility to change the parts within the kit easily makes the kit a flexible and utility solution.

LEDs and Photodiodes with Glass Covering

LED Microsensor NT is glad to announce new light-emitting diodes and photodiodes with special glass covering with increased LED output optical power and PD responsivity (up to 3-5 times). This allows obtaining higher accuracy in different gas, liquids and solids sensing and analysis applications. Together with other advantages (compact size, low power consumption, high modulation range) our LEDs become even more impressive element base for sensors and analysers. The brand new light-emitting diodes and photodiodes will be available later this year, and the first samples can be ordered already in March.

LED Minispectrometer

LMS-R LED Minispectrometer is a new ultracompact lightweight device for express analysis in the near IR range from 1.3 to 2.4 μm based on a 12-element LED matrix and one wide-band photodiode. It can be applied within various application areas, like express analysis of food, biomaterials, moisture control, water content measurement in cut-oil and oil products, analysis of plastics, etc.

Methane sensor module

The new methane sensor module is based on NDIR principle, the core of the sensor is an LED-photodiode optopair working in the middle infrared range (3.4 μm region) produced by LED Microsensor NT using its own unique technology, which allows acquiring high CH4 measurement resolution with very low power consumption. Main technical parameters: - Diffusion type detection; - Measurement in 0-5% (volume) concentration range; - Accuracy not worse than 200 ppm; - USB-powered: input current: 8 mA; input voltage: 3.5-5 V; - Connection type: UART (or USB under request); - Quick response time – <2 s; - Operating temperature range – 0..+50°C; - Size: 70x30x14 mm (including optical cell and circuitry); - Gases: precalibrated for methane, but will respond to most hydrocarbons. Key parameters of the new sensor module – low power consumption, fast response time - open wide opportunities for its usage within autonomously operated portable analysers, as well as complete sensor networks.
