The PR-1 is a compact entry level single liquid auto-rate pump and control module. Its compact dimensions suit it to retrofitting onto row crop planters. Connected to a Stacker Distribution system, the PR-1 provides a complete in-furrow liquid injection system, delivering precision, accuracy and flexibility with straight forward installation and operation.

The AI70 is our entry level single liquid auto-rate pump and control module. Easy Integration for ultimate Variable Rate Application of liquid inputs in-furrow. It is designed for precision application of a single liquid. Connected to a Stacker Distribution system, the AI70 provides a complete liquid injection system, delivering precision, accuracy and flexibility with straight forward installation and operation.

The AI120 is a single liquid auto-rate pump and control module. It offers identical functionality to the AI70 but with a more powerful 126 L/min (33 Ga/min) LQS Enhanced piston diaphragm pump. This provides capacity for applying liquids at higher rates or with increased tank agitation.

The PR-SC like the PR-1 is a compact entry level single liquid auto-rate pump and control module suitable for retrofitting onto drawbars of row crop planters. However, it also includes section valves (from 2 to 8) attached to the rear of the module and Stacker manifolds to match. This makes for really simple installation of a complete, section control enabled, in-furrow liquid injection system delivering precision, accuracy, flexibility and efficiency.

The 176 can be purchased as a complete liquid conversion kit for the 1910 Commodity Air Cart (with liquid capable centre tank option) that includes a 200 litre flush tank, tank fill station, tank lid assembly for liquid capable centre tank and steel support beams for mounting to the cart.

However, Gason offers this as a single pump with the option to upgrade to two pumps at a later date, giving the farmer further ability to apply two separate liquids with full independent rate control. Liquid Systems has 2 different terminal configurations for liquid distribution setups on planters. With Planter Terminal Configurations, each manifold outlet connects to an individual delivery line. All terminal configurations include inline check valves for quick shut-off and start-up and a range of line meters to suit the target application rates. All connections are push-fit for simple assembly and maintenance.
