The NitroGen series CASTORE PRO are Membrane Nitrogen Generators. They are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen with a purity up to 99.5%.

It is engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of Nitrogen and Air up to 40 l/min with a suitable LC-MS purity grade. The CASTORE XS iQ SHI with its dual Nitrogen and Air outlets has been developed to meet specific requirements in term of gas, flow, purity and pressure for Shimadzu MS instruments such as LC-MS 8040, 8045, 8050, 8060. It can be used for LC-MS and the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed. The new iQ generators are equipped with an innovative direct drive motor-scroll compressor system (oil less) with inverter technology. The exclusive electronic flow control combined with the compressor control by the inverter allows to generate Nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air which results in reduced energy costs and increase the life time of the compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters of Nitrogen allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency.

The HydroGen series HG PRO M can generate up to 20 L/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 psi). The HG PRO M includes a new long life multilayer electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using ultra pure water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. The two-column PSA drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity. It is completely maintenance-free. The HG PRO M series provides the ideal Hydrogen for many applications, such as CVD, Central Laboratory Supply and other applications in need for reliable supply of UHP. The on-board CPU constantly controls the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.

MODULO SINGLE benches are designed for gas mixing systems that require space for heavy gas bottles. Standard MODULO bench with options for various dimensions and models are available, all easy to configure with a modular design to meets user needs. The benches are equipped with chemical resistant top, sturdy wheels for easy moving of the system, for rock solid stability of the bench. MODULO SINGLE benches offer a compact, moveable solution for integrating gas mixers and gas cylinders in one efficient workspace.

The HG KUBE V2 is able to generate up to 260 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.9996% and pressure up to 12 bar (174 psi). The HG KUBE V2 includes a cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are involved. The innovative static drying system ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, protects the GC thanks to its unique humidity safe guard, it is completely maintenance-free and allows continuous operation, 24 hours a day. The on-board CPU automatically checks for internal leaks and constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety. Up to 20 units can be connected in parallel mode using an external control box. The touch-screen LCD interface provides simple and user-friendly management of all functions on the unit.

H2 POWER 10L is a system able to provide up to 1Nm3/h of hydrogen. The hydrogen is produced from three Hydrogen Generators “6920.16.330” connected in parallel mode. 6920.16.330 uses an electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) to produce pure hydrogen from distilled water. No acid or alkaline solutions are used. It is provided with an internal 1.1 litres tank with electronic level control and an automatic fill function “Autorefill” from an external source.

The HydroGen series HG 5U PRO is able to generate 3300 cc/min of Hydrogen with purity better than 99.99999% and pressure up to 16 bar (232 PSI). The HG 5U PRO includes an electrolytic cell with polymeric membrane (PEM) using distilled water. The two-column PSA drying system with automatic regeneration ensures the maximum grade of hydrogen purity, and is completely maintenance-free. The HG 5U PRO is the ideal Hydrogen for all GC-FID detectors. The on-board CPU constantly control the operating parameters to guarantee full safety.
