M&C - Model SP2000 - Gas Sampling Gas Sample Probes
Gas sample probe with filter housing and mounting flange made of stainless steel. With ceramic filter element, other filter materials are optional. Adaption to nearly all process conditions due to its compact and modular design. Easy installation and low maintenance. Low dead volume. Material of sample-contacting parts: stainless steel, FKM, Novapress®, ceramic. Basic version with a large variety of available options.

Gas sample probe type SP2000‑H with external ceramic filter type S‑2K150, filter porosity: 2 µm, with electrically heated external filter 0 to 180 °C, adjustable by an integrated thermostat, high‑temperature limiter with reset key responding at +30 °C Tset and low‑temperature alarm with potential‑free status‑alarm contact at ‑30 °C below Tset, incl. weather protection shield with insulation, power: 230 V/50 Hz, 800 W, mounting flange: DN 65 PN 6B with G 3/4" f connection, sample gas OUT: 1/4" NPT f, material: SS 316Ti, ceramic, Viton®.
