About Us
MB has been THE world leader for over 15 year
For over 15 years MB has been a leader in the fields of crushing, demolition and recycling, by designing, producing and selling the very first jaw bucket crusher.
Since 2001, MB has offered the largest line of patented crusher buckets all over the world. With extensive innovation and development, MB now offers crusher buckets for excavators, skid loaders, and backhoes of all sizes.
The values of the family owned business have enabled MB to reach levels of internationally recognized excellence: founded and headquartered in Italy, the company establishes itself globally through 7 international subsidiaries with logistic centers located on different continents, as well as an extensive network of authorized dealers and service support throughout the world.
The biggest advantage at MB is the quality of its organization. Inside the new MB Headquarters, with a total area of over 180,000 square feet, MB manages all phases, from research and development to production to sales. The company controls the complete supply chain to ensure the products are of the highest “Made in Italy” quality.
MB always looks forward to the future through the development of new tools and accessories to satisfy customers’ needs.
With more than 60 years of crushing experience in the excavation, road work, quarry, and demolition sectors, the Azzolin family had a vision of a crusher applicable to excavators. With the flexibility and mobility of an accessory and the performance of a larger machine, they wanted to replace the traditional crusher in most applications. It was this vision that resulted in the first worldwide patented crushing bucket.
MB strives for customer satisfaction and is dedicated to provide 24 hour support to ensure complete service, every step of the way.
For this reason, MB has been awarded and recognized for its products and global sales results. MB takes pride in being the best-selling crushebucket in the world with over 90% market share.
Designed and manufactured in Italy, only the best materials are used to obtain the highest quality. Solid, durable and characterized by the now recognizable clean lines designed to resist wear and high stresses in the toughest working conditions.
The History of Crushing
It was 1954...
The journey of Carlo Azzolin, the founder of the family business, started soon after World War II.
It was 1954 when a man living in the Northen part of Vicenza Province took his first step in the field. With the construction of the main local pathway, linking Breganze to Fara, Carlo Azzolin combined the significance of the road to a life of business.
He was able to pass down the family business to his children, Fausto, Renato, Guido, Diego, and Carla.
The five siblings joined their forces and specialized in the field of crushing, and the creation of MB demostrated their ability to continue in their father's legacy and to expand the company worldwide.
Areas of Application
Demolition and Recycling
MB allows on-site crushing, recycling, and production of crushed material for reuse or sell. MB eliminates the need to transport to the dump or landfill of demolished material, which immediately becomes usable while crushing 'on the jobsite.'
It is particularly useful in the most complex situations: small spaces, difficult access, steep slopes, urban areas and material with a lot of rebar. In every case, the resulting material can be crushed and reused on site.
The mobile nature of the MB crusher allows it to be transported together with the carrier, without any further transportation or installation cost.
Excavation
MB simplifies the operations by eliminating trucking and hauling as well as reducing the costs associated with the new filling material. With the use of the MB crusher bucket, the demolished material or the material resulting from excavation remains on the job site, and can be effectively crushed and reused directly within the same project.
Quarries and Mines
The larger models are built to satisfy the requirements of the sector, where productivity, performance, and durability are essential. The patented jaw movement of the MB crusher satisfies all expectations and allows a sharp reduction in production costs even when used with particularly hard materials.
Road Works
With MB, you can crush the materials and reuse it directly on site as road base, drainage filling, trench filling, limiting the purchase of new material and reducing transportation cost.
Piping/Pipeline
The possibility to directly reuse recovered materials is particolarly useful in road building, construction and maintenance of sewers, and pipelines. In fact, MB allows the completion of the entire process without transporting excavated materials with the highest respect to the environment.
