Monoxivent partnered with S.J. Smith Co. to provide custom welding booths and downdraft tables to remove toxic welding fumes.  S.J. Smith is a regional welding distributor that actively promotes the Monoxivent product line.

An international manufacturer wanted to construct a welding school in their facility where current employees could learn new technologies, as well as update skills. The facility is also to be used for pre-employment testing of potential new hires.

City of Kansas City, MO

Monoxivent provided six custom exhaust stacks made of 11-gauge 304 stainless steel for Fort Stewart (GA).

The 24" diameter stacks are used to remove harmful exhaust fumes from the facility.  Special adapters were fabricated to attach to M-1 Tanks.  1000 Series Stainless Steel flex hose tied the tank adapters to special wall receptors attached to the vertical stacks.

Monoxivent has produced 82 XL oversized exhaust hose reels for Ft. Lee (Virginia).  The reels are used to provide a clean air environment for the US Military in a maintenance facility for oversized military vehicles.  The reels are offered with 24" and 36" diameter drums and are between 3` and 7` in width.  The largest reel holds 60` of 18" diameter high-temperature exhausting hose.

Monoxivent provided XL-Series Hose Reels to capture diesel exhaust fumes from military vehicles at Battle Creek Air National Guard. The reels featured 50’ of exhausting hose in 12” and 14” diameters.

The drums were 36” diameter by 7’ wide. The reels were chain driven and explosion proof. A stainless steel tapered cone adapter with spring clamp and dual handles also were used.
