Flexible graphite packing is braided from flexible graphite yarns, which are reinforced by cotton fiber, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. Flexible graphite packing has a very low friction, good thermal and chemical resistance and high elasticity. Low friction does not damage shafts and stems.Corrosion inhibitor acts as a sacrificial anode to protect the valve stem and the stuffing box.

Pure PTFE packing with oil is  PTFE yarn with a special silicone oil lubricant, the number of low friction for dynamic seal pumps. Therefore, the packing is generally not recommended to use high-speed pumps.

Asbestos PTFE packing is made with PTFE woven asbestos yarn, PTFE surface in the silicone fluid, and special lubricant treatment, used in stainless steel or chrome-plated shaft and will not erode them, and the high rate environment surrounding . Applicable in alkali, dilute acid, water, steam, acids, oils, alcohol and other liquids. And for paper mills, dye works, food factories, pharmaceutical plants, etc. with the sprinkling system.

PTFE graphited packing is made of  graphite particles from the PTFE wire woven. It has a strong tear strength and high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of Friction and make it a stable and long life. Recommended for shaft seal can also be used to seal water, steam, solvents and other media agitators, mixers, autoclaves and centrifugal pumps and so on.

Aramid Packing: Aramid fiber is a high-strength organic fiber, woven packing and then impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricant. This packing is especially suitable for medium containing solid particles dynamic sealing.

PTFE filament packing is braided with PTFE filament which is impregnated piece by piece with PTFE dispersion. Flexibility,PTFE filament packing has almost complete chemical inertia.PTFE filament packing has dimensional stability.PTFE filament packing has low friction coefficient to compression. And PTFE filament packing also has excellent resistance to compression.PTFE filament packing are one of the best available packing in the industrial field.It is suitable for all the chemical compounds (excepting cast alkaline metals and the gaseous fluorine).And this kind of gland packing can be used in alternative and rotary motions shafts operating at high peripheral speed, rod, pistons, valve stems, expansion joints, etc.
