Pre-Configured Systems

Model PNF-XYV-0.9x0.9 - Planar Near-Field Measurement System 0.9 x 0.9 Meters

The PNF-XYV-0.9x0.9 is a pre-configured four axes planar near-field measurement system ideal for measuring medium and high gain antennas (> 15 dBi) with apertures up to 0.75 m (30 in.) from 2.6 GHz to mmWave. The system is constructed of high strength aluminum and can support probe payloads of up to 6 kg (13 lb). This simple design is easy to assemble and align, accurate, and can be quickly dismantled for relocation or storage.

Model PNF-XYV-1.5x1.5 - Planar Near-Field Measurement System 1.5 x 1.5 meters

The PNF-XYV-1.5x1.5 is a pre-configured four axes planar near-field measurement system ideal for measuring medium and high gain antennas (> 15 dBi) with apertures up to 1.4 m (55 in.) from 1.7 GHz to mmWave. The system is constructed of high strength aluminum and can support probe payloads of up to 7 kg (15 lb). This simple design is easy to assemble and align, accurate, and can be quickly dismantled for relocation or storage.

Radome Measurement Systems

Commercial Radome Test Systems

NSI-MI Technologies’ Commercial Radome Systems are intended for after-repair testing of commercial aircraft radomes. The systems are capable of making measurements described in the widely referenced document DO-213A. After repair, radome testing includes transmission efficiency Sidelobe Level (SLL) measurements. Test systems are available in both C band (5.3 GHz to 5.74 GHz) and X band (9.3 GHz to 9.5 GHz) frequency ranges.

Near-Field Systems - Vertical Planar Scanner Systems

Small Vertical Planar Scanner Systems

The small vertical planar near-field measurement system is ideal for measuring medium and high gain antennas (>15 dBi) with medium-sized apertures making it suitable for testing medium arrays or reflector antennas. They are based on an inverted "T" design and is constructed of steel. For high stability, a welded dual-pontoon base is used. This simple design is easy to align, accurate, and can be dismantled for transport or storage within one day. The high capacity probe carriage can accommodate probes as large as a WR-650.
