The Model 1H is the most compact Brill tube-type skimmer manufactured by Oil Skimmers, Inc. The unit is designed to remove oil from aqueous washing and machining coolant tanks where restricted access or small surface area make skimming a challenge. As with all Oil Skimmers, Inc. tube skimmers, the Model 1H provides continuous oil removal anywhere it’s needed – from parts washing operations in custom machine shops to start-up oil recovery ventures. This is a high-quality, economical solution you can depend on to get the job done.

The Oil Skimmers Model 5H is designed for efficient oil removal in areas where the unit can be located within 3 feet of the water level. The “H” stand for “horizontal” in that the tube operates horizontally. This unit is used for above-ground tanks, parts washers, and other applications where the skimmer can remain within 3 feet of the skimming area.

When it comes to oil skimming solutions, the Oil Skimmers Model 6V Brill oil skimming system is the dependable, cost-effective and uncomplicated solution for removing oily waste from water during the manufacturing and wastewater treatment process. The Oil Skimmers Model 6V waste oil recovery system removes animal, vegetable and petroleum-based oils, fats, greases, and oily wastes that float on the surface of water or other liquids. The unit efficiently removes as much as 100 gallons of waste oil per hour, and discharges it to the collection vessel. The recovered oil is virtually water-free.

The Oil Skimmers, Inc, Model 7V Brill® oil skimming system is built with all the same proven, time-tested features of the of the Model 6V, but with added durability, flexibility and capacity. Developed to be the ultimate super-duty skimmer, the Model 7V is tougher, more versatile, and can recover more oil than any other tube type skimmer available.

The 3F 360 floating weir skimmer features 3 floats and a central intake weir capable of skimming oil from all directions (360 degrees). The center weir can be adjusted to take more or less of a cut of the oil layer on the water`s surface. Ideal for spill clean up, or as the first stage of oil removal prior to separation or further wastewater treatment. A mesh screen surrounds the center weir to prevent intake of debris and clogging of the skimmer.

3F Flow Control weir skimmers are easily deployable and well-suited for a wide range of oil removal jobs. The design makes possible skimming high volumes of oil, and the weir self-adjusts based on flow rate, or can be adjusted by changing pump pressure. Easily set up by one person for fast spill response, or sudden increase in capacity. Like the 3F 360-Degree, the 3F Flow Control also features 360° attraction of oil floating on the surface of the water.

The system efficiently removes oil from the surface of water, stores the recovered oil, and transfers it to a remote location. The ESS Enclosed Skimming System is a complete oil removal solution that is enclosed to protect the skimming components from wind or weather, harsh environments indoors or out, prevent tampering, address aesthetic and environmental concerns, and enclose any leaks or drips. If the application requires, the ESS can be completely sealed and gasketed to contain Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from escaping into the environment.

Floor Frame Mounts were developed for the skimmer to be mounted at the edge of tanks, sumps, or pits to gravity drain collected oil into an above-ground collection tank (e.g. 55-gallon drum). Floor Frame Mounts provide for an easy, economical method of mounting the skimmer, and require minimal assembly.
