OMS offers a HR Audit service for organisations with or without their own HR teams.

HR Strategy Services

OMS helps organisations design and implement HR Strategies that facilitate business plans, meet organisational goals, establish service excellence culture for their customers and make them attractive places to work. We work with senior executives within organisations to define their people challenges and key priorities for the future and then support them in developing a HR Strategy that will address their requirements. We also work with HR professionals to define the role of HR within their organisations and to identify and develop the capabilities needed in the HR function to ensure the HR Strategy works effectively.
