Parker Ag Services, LLC services
Mobile Dewatering Services
Parker Ag, in the spring of 2003, made the commitment to purchase a mobile dewatering system. This system allows Parker Ag to more cost effectively reduce the total volume of material removed by removing a large percentage of the water. It also allows Parker Ag to deal with the ever-increasing transportation distances that are required to land apply biosolids.
Digester Cleaning Services
Parker Ag Services handles digester cleaning from start to finish by: Providing hydraulically driven pumps to mix digester contents in place, which reduces the amount of water transported. Providing specialized personnel to access the tank, wash it, and remove accumulated solids, grit, and debris. Pumping the material to land-application sites, lagoons, or drying beds. Semi-tankers to transport the material. Land applying the biosolids at argonimic rates.
Lagoon Cleaning Services
Parker Ag Services dredges sediment from biosolids lagoons, silt retention ponds, manure ponds, drinking water sludge settlement ponds, and aerated lagoons. This neat and clean dredge operation minimizes odor, since the solids are not exposed to the air. Parker Ag can also remove solids from lined lagoons using a hydraulically driven pump suspended from a boom truck. In this manner the liner is not damaged. Parker Ag can also use a low ground pressure dozer to remove solids when the lagoon must be cleaned completely.
Transportation Services
Parker Ag currently operates a large fleet of semi tankers for transporting liquid biosolids in large volumes. Each tanker holds about 6,500 gallons. Small volumes are managed using straight trucks with 2,500 to 4,000 gallons of capacity. The number of loads removed range from one load per week to as many as 50 loads per day.
