Model TDW - Dual Vessel Cartridge Unit
Our Dual Vessel Cartridge Unit (TDW) is the most commonly used filter cartridge unit in the oilfield industry. This, offshore proof, skid-mounted filter unit can be supplied as a cartridge, bag or combination unit, equipped with all necessary valves and safety features. Our Dual Vessel Cartridge Unit offers the most cost-effective way to clean-up all possible oilfield fluids. It allows you to simultaneously filter with one vessel and easily change the used cartridges.
TwinZapp - Chemical Separating Unit
TwinZapp - The solution for separating (chemical) emulsions in produced and slop water. Chemical emulsions in produced and slop water can be difficult and costly to separate. In an offshore environment the challenges multiply as time, footprint and manpower are restricted. TwinZapp consists of a three stage process. Stage 1: Electro Oxidation (Elox), using multiple pairs of electrodes to break the emulsion. Stage 2: When the emulsion is broken the next step is separation. The freed up oil will float to the top where it can be skimmed off. Stage 3: Polishing, where further hydrocarbon removal occurs and typically 5 to 10 ppm is achieved through either a Media Filter or a Duplex Cartridge Unit.
Cartridge and Bag Combi Filter Unit
This compact, sophisticated filter unit combines the function of two filter units; a dual pod bag filter unit and dual pod cartridge filter unit. The unit allows pre-filtration, and polish filter with bags or cartridges, within one unit. During the cartridge operation, the baskets and basket plate can be stored in a special storage rack in the unit. The Duplex filter unit has the capability to use standard filter bags as well as standard plug-in cartridges.
Bag Filter Vessel
Based on years of filtration knowledge and experience, Twin Filter has engineered a range of single vessels for liquid filtration applications in practically all industries. Based on our successful duplex filter range (TDW610-50/40/4B) we are able to offer a standard 6 bar, stainless steel design, or tailor made design to suit your requirements. As being the manufacturer of both vessels and consumables Twin Filter offers the optimum combination.
High Pressure Filter Unit
Parker Hannifin (Twin Filter) offers skid mounted high pressure filter units especially designed for well head operations such as water injection, acidizing, frac jobs and well testing. To maximize productivity of your oil or gas reservoir an optimum permeability is required. Filtration protects the reservoir against particles, which can plug the formation. Especially ageing wells require production enhancement. Our high pressure units are certified for operations up to 6250 psi and flow rates up to 24 BPM per vessel. The filter unit is equipped with two vessels in parallel for continuous operation down stream of the injection pumps.

Compressor Intake Filter (CIF)
Air compressors play an important role in an industrial environment, providing the compressed air to the pneumatic controls, valves, process applications, and various instruments throughout the plant. Corrosive gaseous contaminants in the intake airstream of your compressor can inhibit air flow, impede heat dissipation, and cause vibration. The end result: decreased efficiency. To protect your compressor from corrosion, we offer our Compressor Intake Filter, a dry-chemical scrubber designed to remove corrosive gases from intake air. The CIF is a multi-stage, highly efficient air purification system that removes gases and particulates.
Corrosive Air Unit (CA)
The Corrosive Air Unit (CA) is a self-contained air purification system designed to recirculate and clean air within controlled environments containing sensitive computer or electronic equipment. Designed to stand alone, it can also be used in conjunction with the Positive Pressurization Unit. The CA system is designed to filter room air to maintain low corrosive gas levels in industrial environments, such as pulp and paper mills, petrochemical plants, refineries, steel mills, and smelting plants as well as other process industries.
Air Filtration Air Intake Filters for Gas Engine and Turbine
Our air intake filters are specially designed for gas engines, turbines and other combustion-engine driven machinery. We have air intake filters available in a wide range of different classes so the right degree of protection can always be obtained. The filters are built to protect the engines from taking in outdoor air pollutants and moisture causing unusual high wear & tear, vibration and possible output pressure surges. There is a large variety of contaminants which can affect the blades of the turbines or internals of engines leading to a serious reduction of output efficiency.

Liquid-gas Coalescer
Twin Filters’ High Performance LG Gas Coalescers are designed to remove aerosols and fine particulate contaminants from natural gas streams. The High Performance LG Gas Coalescer utilizes proprietary, high performance ALL SYNTHETIC coalescing media in a pleated configuration to improve performance. Twin Filter offers replacement Elements for Peco, Jonell, Porous Media, Pall and most other Vertical Gas Coalescing Vessels.
