Using an innovative long sludge age, activated sludge process, the Biolac® System provides an extremely simple and cost-effective solution for many treatment applications.
EcoCycle - Model SBR - Sequencing Batch Reactor
The EcoCycle SBR™ from Parkson combines industry leading DynaPhase Control™ technology with high efficiency treatment schemes designed to provide reliable and flexible performance for today’s stringent effluent needs. The EcoCycle SBR™ is a true-batch SBR design, which allows for an ideal anaerobic / anoxic fill period, perfect for biological phosphorus removal and Nitrogen removal. The true-batch design will also allow for a perfect quiescent settling step, promoting ideal sludge settling and compaction before the decant of the treated effluent. In the EcoCycle SBR™ basin designs are not limited by basin geometry or configuration. Deep tank SBR basins are encouraged for better O2 transfer, which can lead to reduced operating expenses.
HiOx Messner Aeration Panel - UltraFine Bubble Aeration System
The HiOx® Messner® Aeration Panel provides the most efficient aeration system solutions to our clients. The highest quality materials are used to ensure long-lasting, superior performance in nearly any wastewater medium. The HiOx Messner Aeration Panel uses a frame and support base of 316 stainless steel to support a TPU polyurethane membrane. This high-strength membrane provides longer useful life than other commonly used materials, as demonstrated by multiple installations in continuous service for over 15 years! The product produces an ultrafine bubble to efficiently transfer oxygen from compressed atmospheric air into activated sludge aeration systems. The large surface and rectangular shape provide the capability to maximize diffuser area, enhancing bubble contact and oxygen transfer efficiency. High quality polyethylene air piping and fittings provide reliable air supply and ease of installation.
DynaCanter - Decanter
Parkson offers two options for liquid removal from water and wastewater basins; effluent and supernatant decanters. The Parkson DynaCanter™ is a floating style decanter used to remove treated effluent or supernatant from the upper portion of the basin. The decanter utilizes a flex joint to allow vertical articulation as water levels move between high and low water levels. The decanter collects water from below the surface to preclude foam, scum, or other floatables from the effluent. A standard open / close valve is used in the effluent piping to control flow rate through the decanter. No electro-mechanical components are used inside the basin making operation and maintenance convenient for the operator.
VariOx - Jet Aeration
The VariOx™ jet aeration system is an aeration and mixing device used in numerous water and wastewater treatment applications. Jet aeration combines many of the benefits and efficiencies of both mechanical and diffused air type systems. The jet aerator consists of an inner liquid nozzle and an outer air nozzle. Liquid from the basin is re-circulated through a jet motive pump and discharged through the inner liquid nozzle at a high velocity. Concurrently, air is fed into the outer air nozzle where it is mixed with the motive liquid and discharged as a high energy jet plume.
EquaCel - Soulble BOD and Ammonia Removal Pre-Treatment System
EquaCel® is a unique Wastewater Pretreatment process that utilizes the Parkson EquaReact® process along with Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) technology as a system offering to achieve both hydraulic flow equalization and high efficiency soluble BOD and ammonia removal for Industrial wastewater pre-treatment. This process provides owners and operators with a more compact, efficient and cost effective, single or two-stage DAF treatment system. A poured in place concrete, precast concrete, prefabricated steel, or stainless steel structure is utilized, in which one or more DAF cells are combined with the Parkson EquaReact in one common structure. This provides controlled, consistent Soluble BOD and Total BOD removal and if necessary, TKN and Ammonia-N removal.
EquaJet - High Efficiency Nitrogen Removal via Jet System
EquaJet® is a unique Wastewater Treatment process that utilizes the Parkson Jet System and multi-stage Activated Sludge treatment as a system offering. More specifically, the jet recirculation pump is used to provide mixing through highly efficient nitrate and/or anoxic recycle flow in a multi-stage Biological or Enhanced Nutrient Removal System. The EquaJet® System may be used within the EquaReact® System in both Municipal and Industrial markets, but can also be used as a stand-alone, multi-stage Activated Sludge Treatment System.
