Pfaudler - pH Sensor
The pH sensor type 03 accurately measures pH in applications where conventional glass probes are unstable, drift and have a short service life. The Pfaudler Heavy-Duty Design allows it to be installed in-line directly in the product flow. The wear-resistant, smooth glass-lined layer uses the product flow to keep the surface of the sensor clean while resisting any potential product build up that may occur. The pH probe is available in different lengths (as rod probe) and also as a ring probe.
Pfaudler - pH Probe
The pH sensor type 18 changes the nature of pH measurement by eliminating the need for internal electrolyte solutions and reference junctions. This design virtually eliminates the problems caused by ageing and pollution of the reference sensor. The probes design and the rugged Pfaudler Glasteel™ surface allows them to be directly installed into the process (product flow), thus detecting the pH immediately and directly, without a protective cage.
Pfaudler - pH Probe
The pH sensor type 40 changes the nature of pH measurement by eliminating the need for internal electrolyte solutions and reference junctions. This design virtually eliminates the problems caused by ageing and pollution of the reference sensor. This pH-measurement principle is called relative pH-measurement. The probes design and the rugged Pfaudler Glasteel™ surface allows them to be directly installed into the process (product flow), thus detecting the pH immediately and directly, without a protective cage. The pH probe type 40 is available in a rod and a ring design. Alternatively, the smaller pH probe type 18 can be used.
Reaction Technologies
Pilot Scale Reactors
Our Pilot Scale Reactors bridge the gap between bench-scale equipment and full-scale production. The included mixing technology has been designed with scalability in mind and engineered to maximize flexibility.
Liquid Analysis - Redox Potential Measurement
Pfaudler - pH/Redox Probe
The pH/ORP sensor type accurately measures pH and redox value in applications where conventional glass probes are unstable, drift and feature a short service life. The Pfaudler Heavy-Duty Design allows it to be installed in-line directly in the product flow. The wear-resistant, smooth glass-lined layer uses the product flow to keep the surface of the sensor clean while resisting any potential product build-up that may occur. The pH/ORP probes are available in rod design (with different lengths) and also in ring design.
Pfaudler - rH Redox Sensor
The rH sensor type accurately measures the redox value in applications where conventional probes are unstable and feature a short service life. The Pfaudler Heavy-Duty Design allows it to be installed in-line directly in the product flow. The wear-resistant, smooth glass-lined layer uses the product flow to keep the surface of the sensor clean while resisting any potential product build-up that may occur.

Columns
Our Glasteel® or fluoropolymer-lined shell is the backbone of your distillation column. Whether your separation requirements are for distillation, stripping, absorption or reaction, our process engineers complete the column solution by designing the column internals configuration for your specific process.
