The F Series vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) from PFlow Industries is a 4-post mechanical vertical lift that can easily handle loads of up to 50,000 pounds or more in high-speed, high-cycle environments. Customization is available for heavier loads. PFlow has designed F Series lifts that handle up to 200,000 lbs!

The M Series mechanical lifts from PFlow Industries safely and efficiently lift loads up to 10,000 lbs. The M Series mechanical lift can be designed to reach any number of floor levels.

The B Series Box Lift vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC), from PFlow Industries is ideal for automatically moving boxes, totes, cartons, sacks, cases and individual parts, with ease and speed, to mezzanines or between floors and conveyor levels.

The PFlow DB Series continuous vertical lift is ideal for moving lighter loads between floors or conveyor levels. PFlow industrial box lifts can move up to 100 lbs and have a standard carriage size of 3’ x 3’. The DB Series lift can be loaded and unload from three sides.

The 21 Series vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) from PFlow Industries is a 2-post hydraulic lift that can handle loads of up to 6,000 pounds. The overall lifting capacity is determined by the carriage size and added options that increase its overall weight.

The 2-post D Series vertical reciprocating conveyor (VRC) from PFlow Industries lifts loads of up to 3,000 lbs and has an innovative design that ensures highly stable loading and unloading.

The optional DeckLock system protects workers, materials and machines by eliminating accidents caused by carriage drop. That includes uncontrolled descent in the case of overload or brake malfunction during loading/unloading operations.

PFlow’s diagonal drop bars are designed to visually define carriage loading point. Optional proximity sensor ensures the carriage does not move unless the drop bar is engaged. 

All accessible sides of a vertical reciprocating conveyor that are not used for loading or unloading must be protected by enclosures a minimum of 8’ high and capable of rejecting a ball 2” in diameter at each level.
