QMLP has extensive experience in the decommissioning of commercial and industrial sites and facilities. We offer a full range of services, from the simple decontamination and removal of storage tanks to hazardous materials abatement, soil and water remediation and building demolition.

QMLP has an impressive track record for reclaiming value from industrial assets that are no longer required. We recognize the value that can be derived from salvageable items and materials within a structure.

QMLP provides Emergency Plan Development services to clients requiring assistance in the following areas: Transport Canada Emergency Response Assistance Plan (ERAP). Transport Canada ERAPs are required by the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations (TDGR) for certain very harmful Dangerous Goods that necessitate special expertise and response equipment. The plans are intended to assist local emergency responders by providing them with technical experts and specialized equipment at an accident site.

Poor indoor air quality can result from inadequate ventilation and airborne pollutants such as dust particles and chemical or biological contaminants.
