The Primus Line® Rehab system is a proven and environmentally orientated technology for rehabilitating ageing pipelines. It is suitable for transporting various media such as water, gas and oil and is approved for drinking water in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as many other countries. The Primus Line® Overland Piping system is an environmentally orientated, quick to install and reusable solution for creating above-ground pipes. It can be flexibly unrolled and rolled up again and adapts naturally to changes in direction and uneven surfaces. Its installation is also possible in challenging and hard-to-reach terrain. Numerous liquid media can be transported, including demanding and potentially hazardous media. Reusable solution for the above-ground transport of demanding media.

The Primus Line® technology is both strong and flexible. This is ensured by the multi-layer liner structure and the specially developed, leak-proof connectors. Its special technical features make Primus Line® the ideal solution for the rehabilitation of pressure pipelines and for the construction of above-ground pipelines. The system is both technically and economically convincing, particularly in areas that are difficult to access.

After trenchless rehabilitation with the W-Liner, pressure pipes can once again transport drinking water and other types of water safely and without loss. For application in the water sector, the inner and outer layers of the liner consist of polyethylene (PE). The W-Liner satisfies the highest requirements for drinking water and is certified in accordance with globally reputable standards such as KTW-BWGL, DVGW Technical Standard W 270, ANSI/NSF/CAN 61, BS 6920, AS/NZS 4020 and many more.

For operators of industrial oil pipelines, the corrosive effect of the raw material is one of the biggest challenges. The O-Liner is a quick solution for rehabilitating pressure pipelines that also acts as a protective barrier between oil and pipe. Its media-specific inner layer made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is particularly corrosion-resistant.

With its inner layer of low-permeability thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), the G-Liner ensures the safe operation of pressurised gas pipelines after trenchless rehabilitation. Primus Line® is referenced in DVGW VP 643 for the trenchless rehabilitation of gas high-pressure pipelines with operating pressures over 16 bar.

The Primus Line F-Liner has basically been designed for free above-ground installation. The tried and tested three-layer structure in combination with a new material composition facilitates the liner handling and allows its reuse in a multitude of applications. Its black TPU outer layer protects it reliably from abrasion and degradation by UV radiation.

Only mechanical forces ensure that the liners are held securely in the M-connectors from Primus Line. A tension-resistant connection between our flexible liner and the Primus Line M-Connector is created by purely mechanical forces. This is achieved by pressing the core into the bushing. Hydraulic tools suitable for construction sites are used for this purpose. This not only speeds up installation, but also allows the connector to be reused several times.

The principle of a tension-resistant connection between liner and R-Connector is always the same: The outer sleeve has an inner jacket made of malleable steel. Under high pressure, a two-component resin is pressed through the valve which presses the steel jacket and the liner into the profile of the core. This creates a durable and stable unit once the resin has hardened. For wall mounting in manholes, the connector is also available with a mounting plate. Connectors with welded ends are also available. This makes this type the most flexible of the Primus Line® connectors.

The Q-Connector is specially designed for above-ground use of the F-Liner. It is compatible with the patented Victaulic notch and can therefore be used flexibly with a wide range of other compatible components.
