Thunderhawk A: Very compact and economical turn-key plant. Suitable for small companies wanting to earn money from their scrap cable quickly, but without big investments in machinery. Manually fed. Can be extended as your business grows. Thunderhawk B: Extended with a rough chopper increasing the capacity. Low personnel requirements and high degree of automation. Efficient and profitable cable recycling. It can even process light-armoured cable. Both Thunderhawk A and B are PLC operated and can process copper as well as aluminium cable. Thunderhawk - it is small, but big in performance.

POWERKAT A: Modular cable recycling plant. Suit­able for companies with a smaller amount of cable. Manually fed. Can easily be extended to a POWERKAT B. POWERKAT B: Extended with a 45 kW Rough Chopper, a Buffer Silo between Rough Chopper and Granulator increasing overall capacity and ensuring efficient separation. Suitable for forklift or crane feeding. POWERKAT C: Simplified version of PC B equipped with 37 kW Rough Chopper. No buffer silo between Rough Chopper and Granulator. Suitable for forklift or crane feeding.

FIREFOX: Highly automated and efficient cable plant made for tough conditions. Equipped with 45 kW Rough Chopper. Can be fed either with a forklift truck with tilting bin, belt conveyor or a crane with cactus grab. Equipped with intermediate storage bin with proportioning feeding and an efficient dedusting system. FIREFOX Turbo: Biggest cable recycling plant in REDOMA`s product range. Powerful, highly efficient and built for tough conditions. The Turbo version is using a 2 x 45 kW Twin Granulator and a strong 90 kW Rough Chopper increasing the capacity up to 1700 kg/h.

Modular cable recycling plant with an excellent price/performance ratio made for tough conditions with low investment costs at an overall low cost of ownership. The Powercat A (PC A) is a compact turn-key cable recycling plant and has typically a capacity of up to 550 kg/h for cable with a Cu content of 50% (capacity depending on type of cable). The PC A can easily be extended into a Powercat B or C by adding a rough chopper, increasing the capacity to approx. 800 kg/h.
