Effective from October 1st RINGFEDER POWER TRANSMISSION acquires the Brazilian company Henfel, Jaboticabal, SP and thereby gains access to the South American market. With it the product portfolio will be developed strategically.

Oskar-Erich Peter, an engineer at RINGFEDER, invents the clamping element.

1922
The German Patent Office grants the patent for a spring consisting of rings, spring, invented by Ernst Kreissig, engineer at the Waggonfabrik A.G., Uerdingen. In the same year, RINGFEDER GMBH is founded to acquire and exploit the inventor`s rights of Waggonfabrik A.G., since the German State Railroad at that time only awards contracts on a quota basis and no turnover should be lost on the wagons.
