The Pack-Master^® is ideal for the low-volume user who is looking to reduce their volume on a few drums a month. While not as heavy-duty as the RAM FLAT COMPACTORS, the Pack-Master drum compactors are well suited for easy to compact applications like a paper waste. Available in three versions, all models are void of any electrical power requirements and are appropriate for use in an explosion-proof environment.For extra protection, one unit is available with non-sparking contact surfaces to eliminate any possibility of spark.

Priced for the small volume generator using 55-gallon drums. Whether compacting paint booth filters or low-level radioactive waste, the Model 55SC is an economical choice that still packs a huge punch. The Model 55SC is available in a “standard” electrical version as well as two explosion-proof configurations.  Both the Model 55SC and the 55SC-EX use 3-phase electrical power to drive the hydraulic cylinder and controls.

For lightweight waste compaction into 55-gallon drums that demands medium-duty construction. While the Model 55LR produces less force than any other RAM FLAT at 20,000 pounds, this 55-gallon drum compactor is still a medium-duty machine with similar features to the heavier 55ER. This model is perfect for laboratories that have large volumes of lightweight materials like paper and plastic. The stainless steel compaction head makes it ideal for decontamination of low-level radioactive waste or chemical waste that would take paint off of carbon steel.

Built for medium to heavy duty applications & volume using 55-gallon drums. With a powerful 60,000 pounds of compaction force, the Model 55ER is perfect for inside-the-drum applications like paint filters, rags or low-level. A full 15 inches of clearance above the drum allow operators the ability to load the drums without removing the drum from the compactor. This extra clearance is also important to permit “overfilling” of the drum to maximize the amount of waste compacted on every cycle.

Continuous heavy-duty 55-gallon drum crushing. When your operation requires the best possible volume reduction with no down-time, the Model 55A is the drum crusher for you. This unit is designed for 24/7 operation and is capable of crushing 200, 300 or even 500 drums per day.

Crush up to 10,000 drums per year. At 60,000 pounds of crushing force, the medium to heavy duty Model 55E can crush a steel drum down to a height of 4.5 inches tall.  It includes many of the same features of our top of the line Model 55A (including the identical hydraulic system) but is priced for the medium volume user. Simple pushbutton operation and automatic cycling makes this machine ideal for a military installation, a pharmaceutical processor or a manufacturing plant.

For low-volume drum crushing. When you are looking to crush a few dozen drums a month, look no further than the Model 55SC. At 40,000 pounds, this powerful machine will crush a drum flat to 6.5 inches tall. Yet, it is still economically priced. The Model 55SC is available in a “standard” electrical version as well as two explosion-proof configurations. Both the Model 55SC and the 55SC-EX use 3-phase electrical power to drive the hydraulic cylinder and controls.

For RAM FLAT customers who are compacting waste into a drum, the Drum Roll-Out Dolly & Platform makes it easy for the operator to move the drum in and out of the machine.  The drum rests on top of the Dolly and rolls in and out of the compaction chamber on spring-loaded ball wheels.

The Model 80 Mobile-Karrier has a u-shaped frame that is wide enough to straddle the Roll-Out Platform.  With various models appropriate for steel, plastic or fiber drums, the operator securely straps the drum into a “saddle” mechanism.
