RAMSHIELD W-Beam Guardrail features patented technology and is the latest advancement in w-beam guardrail barrier designs. The innovative design of RAMSHIELD W-Beam Guardrail sets a new benchmark in simplicity and performance, providing safe vehicle containment and facilitating rapid installation.

RamShield High Containment is the latest innovation and advancement in thrie-beam guardrail barrier designs. Developed by Safe Direction, RamShield High Containment has been full-scale crash tested to MASH Test Level (TL) 4. Thrie-beam guardrail is a stronger version of the w-beam guardrail systems. The additional corrugation in the rail combined with the higher mounting height, stiffens the barrier and improves its ability to contain larger vehicles.

RAMSHIELD Edge is an engineered solution, designed for attachment to RAMSHIELD High Containment for installations on the hinge point of weak batters. RAMSHIELD Edge uses an innovative below-ground pin to restrain lateral movement of the guardrail post, allowing the post to yield by bending proximate to ground level, replicating post performance in flat, well-compacted terrain.

The RAMSHIELD Transition provides a smooth, snag-free connection between steel guardrail barriers and rigid barriers, such as at bridge parapets. The RAMSHIELD Transition gradually increases stiffness of the safety barrier system reducing the potential for vehicle pocketing.

The MAX-Tension Guardrail End Terminal is an energy-absorbing, tangential end terminal, designed to minimise the severity of impacts occurring at the end of the safety barrier system.

Hammerbeam combines the strength of thrie-beam guardrail with the yielding behaviour of the RamShield W-Beam post for longitudinal barrier installations along the edge of elevated structures such as culverts or bridges.

RHINO-STOP Guardrail, developed by Safe Direction, combines the strength of w-beam guardrail with energy absorbing RHINO-Posts. The yielding behaviour of the RHINO-STOP® baseplates absorb vehicle impact energy, reducing the peak loads transferred to the anchor bolts. The deflection of the system allows for greater load transfer to the adjacent posts, sharing the impact load from the vehicle.
