Securiton FidesNet - Network Solution for Aspirating Smoke Detectors

The FidesNet network solution facilitates remote visualisation and operation of SecuriSmoke aspirating smoke detectors, targeting environments such as airports, laboratories, and IT facilities where technician access is restricted or challenging. This system employs the RCU 700 FidesControl unit with a 7-inch touch panel to enable operations like viewing, configuring, and maintaining detectors. FidesNet network can encompass up to 100 detectors, linked through RS-485 or Ethernet to FidesPort NCU 900, which functions as a data gateway for Ethernet connections. Measurement data can be accessed and managed via Modbus and SNMP for integration with superordinate management systems. Designed for complex applications, FidesNet ensures the standardized connectivity required for centralized safety management, providing comprehensive monitoring and operation capabilities.

NetSoft is a sophisticated software solution designed to provide clear and centralized visualization and operation capabilities for aspirating smoke detectors (ASDs). It allows users to monitor live data from all connected ASDs via a single interface, enhancing operational efficiency and situational awareness. A building plan can be imported into the software, allowing users to visualize the precise location of each detector. Alarms, malfunctions, and other system states are depicted with distinct colors, ensuring swift identification and response. In addition, NetSoft supports trend analysis by visualizing measurement data, enabling comparison between different ASDs. Access and configuration are simplified through a user-friendly interface that permits remote parameterization, leveraging the robust RS-485 bus for network connectivity. The platform supports access from multiple locations and provides an easy integration with the ASD Config tool for comprehensive configuration tasks.
