SMT - Model BO-10-100 - C8 (100g) - Bulk Packing Material

Particle Size: 10 µm, Pore Size: 100Å, Mass: 100g. SMT manufactures the most reliable silica based octyl (C8) column available in the market today. This advanced new column is very stable at a wide pH range and high temperatures. SMT utilizes a proprietary bonding scheme that allows the resulting bonded phases to perform separation of basic, neutral and acidic compounds under aggressive pH conditions. Separation of most basic solutes is often possible without TFA or other mobile phase additives. BO C8 packing material is made with silica particles.

Particle Size: 10 µm, Pore Size: 100Å, Mass: 100g. SMT manufactures bulk packings with short carbon chains for rapid analysis of basic, neutral, and mildly acidic drugs and small molecules. These columns provide excellent baseline resolution for small basic molecules including therapeutic drugs. The bonding scheme ensures proper deactivation of the substrate silanols and much better resistance to both acid and base hydrolysis. C1 (BMEB1) packing material is made with spherical silica particles.
