Lifting Columns

Serapid  - Model LinkLift - Electrical-Mechanical Actuator for Heavy Load Vertical Lifting

The SERAPID LinkLift is an electrical-mechanical actuator crafted to handle the vertical movement of heavy loads with precision and controlled smoothness. It finds applications across theater stages, industrial settings, or any field requiring secure and precise vertical positioning. Utilizing SERAPID's Rigid Chain Technology, the LinkLift offers robust vertical lifting over extensive distances. The system excels with precise millimeter positioning, maintaining stability even with eccentric loads and dynamic external forces. The LinkLift achieves this through multiple sprockets driving a specialized chain with block-shaped links for rigidity, guided within the drive casing to ensure proper alignment. It features a high payload capacity, supporting up to 15 tons dynamically and up to 20 tons statically, with operational speeds reaching 300 mm/s or more. The system benefits from low noise and vibration levels, eliminating load bouncing and maintaining stable positioning. Applications extend to orchestral platforms, modular venue transformations, and industrial lifting needs, while offering low maintenance and long-term efficiency greater than 80%.

Serapid - Model HDLift - Vertical Lifting Column

The SERAPID HDLift is designed for high-frequency vertical lifting applications, boasting a capability of executing over 15 cycles per hour with a minimum service life of 1 million cycles under maximum load. This sealed lifting column includes a permanent oil bath lubrication system, necessitating yearly maintenance. Protective bellows can be added to safeguard the chain. The HDLift series includes five standard models with dynamic load capacities up to 50 kN and an adjustable stroke range of up to 2.5 meters. Designed with durability in mind, it can operate in severe conditions like clean rooms, dusty areas, and under extreme temperatures, humidity, radiation, or chemical exposure. It supports various motorization options such as electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic. The HDLift provides precise positioning, accurate to the nearest millimeter at speeds up to 300 mm/sec. Customization options are available to meet specific requirements.
