Filter Bags
Specifications: A Bag Filter is shaped like a bag or sack with only the top side open. The bag filter is made of a variety of materials including needled felt and PP, just to name a few. Flow is from inside through the porous material to the outside. Bag filters are available in a variety of micron ratings from 5 to 100. Bag filters are best used to capture large contaminates, or applications with high contaminate loading. One of the best applications for bag filters is ahead of cartridge filters reducing the loading and increasing life.
