TECHASE are always focusing on independent technology innovation of themselves.Under the cooperation with Tongji University, TECHSE have successfully developed the new generation of sludge dewatering technology -Techase® multi-plate screw press, a screw type sludge dehydrator that is much more advanced in very aspects than belt presses, centrifues, plate-and-frame filter presses, etc. It features clogging-free, wide range of applications, low energy consumption, simple operation & maintenance.

TECW Series Wear-free Multi-plate Screw Press (WMSP) was developed by Techase Company on the basis of TECH Series Multi-plate Screw Press (MSP). The screw shaft doesn`t have any contact with the fixed rings and moving rings that prevents the rings from wearing. Then the screw shaft and the rings will  get much longer service life. Moreover, other improved designs make WMSP has larger capacity and higher performance than MSP of same model.

Low temperature sludge drying technology is injecting circulating, warm and dry air to evaporate and take away the moisture in the sludge cake produced by sludge dewatering equipment such as multi plate screw press, plate and frame filter press, super high pressure filter press and so on to achieve the purpose of sludge weight reduction. It is suitable for Municipal sludge and Industrial sludge such as pickling sludge, electroplating sludge, steelmaking ironmaking sludge, alumina sludge (red mud), oily sludge from oil fields and refineries, chemical and pharmaceutical sludge, papermaking sludge, printing and dyeing sludge and leather sludge, sludge weight reduction capacity of more than 70%, thereby greatly reducing enterprise production costs.

Membrane Bioreactor: refers to a new type of wastewater treatment process that combines biological reaction with membrane separation, uses membrane as a separation medium instead of conventional gravity sedimentation to obtain effluent, and can change the reaction process and improve the reaction efficiency.

KS series fast filter press, which is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation filtration equipment, was independently developed by Techase with working together with Tongji University. This equipment which improves the plate frame structure of traditional filter press offers a plurality of integration advantages, such as low investment cost, high work efficiency, large dehydration pressure, small footprint, good separation performance, simple operation and maintenance, etc. The high pressure filter press eliminates the need for additional secondary pressurization equipment or membrane inflation medium, and has a large compression ratio, direct force, high pressure, short working cycle, and production efficiency equivalent to 3 to 4 times that of the conventional membrane filter press.

Elaspress Super-high Pressure Filter Press, which was developed by Techase in cooperation with Tongji University based on extensive R&D to meet customers’ requirements, is a new innovative pressure filter  that is supplied for a wide range of applications in municipal & industrial industries to generate filter cakes whose dryness which, depending on the fitered materials, can even reach 80% (20% humidity) under pressure.

TECF Vertical Fiber Cloth Media Filter, which was developed by Shanghai Techase Company with the cooperation of Tongji University, is a new advanced fiber cloth media filtration technology of optimized design, high efficiency, cost saving, small footprint, excellent performance and easy operation & maintenance.

River dredging slurry filer press is a special-designed filter press on the basis of Techase’s patented product super high pressure filter press according to the characteristics of river lake slurry developed through great efforts of our experienced R&D team. It is higher in working pressure, higher in efficiency, lower in investment, smaller in footprint, more excellent in performance, easier in operating & maintaining, etc.

TECN multi-plate screw press is a new type of mechanical waste water concentrating equipment developed by TECHASE Company, which is featured by low power consumption, high efficiency, stability, full-automatic control. It directly and also continuously concentrates the solids of the waste water from the secondary sedimentation tank from 2,000mg/l to 100,000 mg/l. It replaces the sludge thickening pool which causes stinky smell and phosphorous and reduces the capital construction cost and land occupation.

A polymer station is a chemical or polymer dosing equipment used for the preparation and dosage of the chemical solution. After the chemicals dry powder is stored inner the device, it automatically finishes the whole solution preparation steps including powder  feeding, powder dissolving, solution making,  solution quantitative dosing and so on.
