SDF-Sensors use the averaging pitot tube technology and are commonly used where flow rates of gases or liquids are measured. They have been proven in the field to be reliable, stable and accurate for more than 35 years. Model SDF-Sensors - Averaging Pitot Tubes for Steam

SDF-Sensors for steam are often used wherever flow or heat quantity of superheated or saturated steam need to be measured. They have been proven in the field to be reliable, stable and accurate for more than 35 years. Due to the robust technology and the simple principle of measurement, SDF-Sensors can be used under difficult conditions and offer considerable advantages over other measuring technology from easy installation to long-term measuring stability. Additional advantages are the possibilities of bidirectional flow measurement as well as the integration of temperature and pressure measurement to calculate the current operating density. This is supported by the AccuMind® flow computer which can calculate the current steam and heat quantity.

Differential Pressure Instruments for Flow

Differential pressure instruments according to ISO 5167 are used in most industrial sectors. The available range of different throttling devices and materials allows measurement of many different fluids over a wide range of flow rates, temperatures and pressures. Due to their standardization, the expected measurement results are manufacturer independent. The AccuFlo®  LPD is a high accuracy mass flow meter for accounting and fiscal transfer measurements which is also suitable for applications with extreme mechanical loads. It is optimally tailored to the applicable measuring task. Thanks to its "plug-and-play" design, one can easily install and commission it. It is traceable to international standards and offers unique operational reliability based on the water calibration certificate of an approved body issued by a laboratory (by an ISO 17025 laboratory or an office of legal metrology). AccuFlo - Model HMP - Certified High Accuracy Mass Flow Meter

Users are often faced with the task of implementing a flow measurement with demanding requirements and under nonideal conditions. For example, steam flow measurement with very short pipe straight runs that require high accuracy.  For such applications most other measuring principles are not suitable. The AccuFlo® HMP was specifically developed for such applications. It meets the high accuracy requirements for precision mass flow for billing and transfer measurements. Plus, it can withstand extreme mechanical loads. Due to the integration of the flow profile with a quick response time, it can be used for extremely short inlet and outlet straight pipe runs. Thanks to its "plug-and-play" design, one can easily install and commission it.
