Land Surveying setting out and levelling CPT`s, borings etc. (GPS-rtk) setting out and remeasuring the exact location of piles, detailed measurements of conduits and buildings, length and width profiles, detailed measurements of settlements and deformations from above ground constructions, like storage tanks and constructions next to a building pit, tilting constructions like churches etc.

In-situ soil investigation service include: standard penetration testing (SPT), Cone penetration testing (CPT) with different types of equipment (rigs) in a range of capacity classes; probes under water, in specific circumstances or in huge depth, elektric- and piëzo cone test, mechanical cone test, dissipation tests with water pressure cone, cone pressuremeter tests, Ménard pressuremeter tests, seismic tests, conductivity tests.

Geotechnical borings (upto > 100 m deep), sampling disturbed and undisturbed samples, installing observation wells, sampling of soil and groundwater for environmental analysis in conformity with BRL 2000, exploring, more specific and sanitation research, sampling and investigation of building (debris) material in conformity with BRL 1000 en BRL 9335, installing mini and micro filters.

Mos Grondmechanica has a well equipped geotechnical laboratory, in which disturbed and undisturbed samples are classificated and tested. Our geotechical laboratory services include: classification tests like volumemasses, water content, Atterberg limits, handtorvane tests, permability tests, oedometer tests (loading, unloading), different types of triaxial tests, direct shear tests, sieve analysis (grain size distribution), exposing and photographing of undisturbed soil samples, axial compression tests. Tests are performed according to the Dutch and international standards. Besides the geotechnical tests different material tests can be performed, for example on cement-bentonite (including uni-axial pressure test, tension test and the permeability test).

Monitoring of the variation of the groundwater level and pressure (divers, BAT-sensors). Deformations of soil constructions, like road embankments, large diameter storage tanks and buildings next to construction pits, support and supervision of pile driving and other foundation projects, support and supervision of sanitation projects, monitoring of ground constructions with water pressure gauges, inclinometers, settlement hoses,etc. Monitoring vibrations of sensitive constructions near building sites investigation of existing fundaments, sonic integrity testing of piles, soil compaction control, testing of replenishing material, pump- and infiltration tests.
