In 1978, our first product was developed for a diverse client base consisting primarily of financial and distribution companies, including three waste hauling companies. In the early 1980`s, the decision was made to focus our development towards a specific software solution for the waste industry. As our on going effort has continued, Soft-Pak released i-Pak in 2001 and our latest version (i-Pak Version 4) in 2009. Our customer driven philosophy continues to enabled hauling operations to be more efficient while our industry changes. As the most advanced operational software program on the market, Soft-Pak continues to grow with our customers. Note that many of our clients have been using the Soft-Pak family of products for close to 20 years.

From our initial entry into the waste industry, Soft-Pak has consistently approached the challenges of the industry from a completely different direction than our competition. Our belief is that generally accepted accounting principles must be the cornerstone of any software product.
The financial statements must reflect the results of the organization's efforts. To this end we have always believed that standard accounting principles are absolutely critical in ALL areas of a solid software solution. From our initial release we have adhered to this belief and incorporate it into every program we write. If you are going to route a customer three times a week, then the software 'not the user' should assure proper billing of that customer!
Through the years we have strengthened our products by listening to our customers and incorporating their needs as standard enhancements. Whenever our customers request an enhancement that is broadly applicable to the industry, we incorporate that change into our base product, allowing all customers to share the benefits.
