Sonation GmbH products

The USBB series has been developed especially for the noise insulation of ultrasonic baths in the laboratory. The four available models, USBB-S, USBB-M, USBB-L and USBB-XL cover most of the ultrasonic baths used in the labs.

The model SSH07 is ideal for smaller pumps such as the Edwards E2M1.5, the Varian DS102 or the Pfeiffer DUO2.5. It is available with IEC10A power sockets and IEC16A power sockets. Most of the pumps that fits with this box will use the IEC 10A sockets.

The model SSH11 is ideal for small to medium size pumps. The connections of many pumps can be extended by means of flange connections when using a SSH11, thus enabling the connection of directly attached constructions such as oil mist filters or similar outside the sound insulation box.

The model SSH35 fits perfect for bigger pumps like the XDS-series from Edwards, the Sogevac-series from Leybold, the models MS40+ and MS30+ from Varian and many more bigger vacuum pumps. To serve the different needs, we offer the SSH35 with 2 or 4 fans and also with IEC 10A or IEC 16A power sockets

The model SSH22 is suitable for accommodation and sound insulation of two pumps in one and the same sound insulation box.

The model SSH70 offers space for two big roughing pumps like for example the Edwards XDS35 or the Leybold SV40BI. Two pumps in one noise reduction box makes sense, when the pumps are operated on one mass spec. With the optional oil pan on wheels the complete system gets mobile which is very useful for service purposes.
To fit the different pumps the model is available with two or four fans per pump and with IEC 10A or IEC 16A connectors.

The model SSH56 was developed especially for the ThermoFlex 900 water cooler of the ThermoFlex series. It is also suitable for similar models.

Developed at the Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry in Martinsried, the Sonation column oven is used to regulate the temperature of the separation column in ESI-Nanospray applications. Constant column temperature makes measurements significantly more accurate, and higher column temperatures mean that significantly higher flows can be achieved while maintaining the same pressure. As a result, the measurement and wash cycles can be significantly accelerated and the utilization of the instrument is improved.
