Sotkon Group products

The Koncept it is the upmost definition of the Sotkon concept presenting a simple design supported in five main components: a concrete bunker, a plastic container, a pedestrian platform, an intake bin and a safety platform being this last on an optional component. It uses a pedestrian platform that opens by means of two industrial gas cylinders which makes it very easy to open. Inside the concrete bunker it is placed a polyethylene container with close bottom (for rear loading) or open bottom (for top loading) with a capacity up to 5m³ . The product is ready to be adapted to a range of hooking systems to match the cranes on the existing collection vehicles. The system is completed with an attractive intake column and a safety platform to meet European standards.

The EVOS is a compact system where the pedestrian platform and the container are solidary. The perfect combination for top loading collection systems that present exceptional mechanical strength. The use of a lighter plastic container enables collection cranes with lower capacity to operate the system and less maintenance costs. The pedestrian platform together with the container are remotely controlled and the discharge of waste is carried out when the bottom of the container opens. The type of lifting of the container is prepared for all the hooking systems available, including fully automatic bilateral cranes.

Qubus is a new generation of semi underground equipment. It consists of the partial installation in the underground of high capacity containers (from 3m3 to 5m3 capacities) for the deposition of refuse and an attractive top cover placed above ground. A simple system, with extremely reduced maintenance costs and free of complex mechanisms, particularly in the lifting of the container for the collection.

This new generation of semi-underground equipment is presented also as a compact solution known as Qubus E. It consists of the partial installation in the underground of high capacity containers (from 3m3 to 5m3 capacities) for the deposition of refuse and an attractive top cover placed above ground. In the “E” version of Qubus the container and top lid are solidary and lift up at the same time. It is a simple system, with extremely reduced maintenance costs and free of complex mechanisms, particularly in the lifting of the container for the collection.

Sotkon developed a 110L container intended for the deposition of domestic used cooking oil with an atractive design and perfectly integrated in the existing Sotkon underground “ecological isles” using the Ikon or Ikonic intake bins.

"O+" intake column was designed by Sotkon to collect wheelie containers from 120 to 360 litres capacity. The attractive design and adjustable feet option makes it suitable to install in different urban areas. Additionally, “O+” has an interior storage for liquids to prevent leakages to the public walkways.

The cover fits the circular body by pressure and incorporates sealing rubber foam for cushioning purposes
