Correct glazing (coating) requires the product to move through a water spray at a constant rate. Our years of knowledge allows us to ensure optimum product handling with our glazing vibrators, with which you can achieve a precise coating. With our inspection vibrators, the product is spread into an even layer by a vibrating table. This allows the inspection of each individual product.

A silo makes it possible to store and to evenly divide goods. Possible applications are the transport, dosage, the transfer and storing of liquids and bulk goods. The filling and emptying process can, depending on the product, be automated with redlers, screws, conveyer belts and pumps. To create a good product flow, it’s possible to place a helm, electric vibrators, pneumatic beaters, a double wall or serpentine to cool or heat the product.

The screening surface of this rubber sieve drum consists entirely of rubber. This ensures that the product is not damaged during the rotation of the drum. Among other things, this machine can be used to remove dirt from potatoes and other tuber and root products.

We construct sorting tables with shake screens, but also with turning rollers. These are available in small mobile units as well as in large stationary installations.
