Geosynthetics
Neftegaz Gruntset - Geogrids
Neftegaz GRUNTSET geogrids are glass grids formed by two systems of rovings arranged perpendicular to each other, interknit with a third yarn, a knitting yarn, and impregnated with a polymer compounds.
Steklonit Armocell - Polymer Geocell Material
ARMOCELL geo-cells are a flexible three-dimensional structure (module) made of polymer tapes (ribs) fastened together and staggered. Under tension, the structure is transformed from a batch form into a bulk (cellular) form so that cells are formed that are intended to be filled with bulk material. The production of geo-cells is implemented using the latest technology, using a unique method of polymer modification, which allows to produce a volumetric geogrid with a thickness of 1 mm, improving its technical properties. In the production of primary raw materials are used, which gives geosots increased strength.
Steklonit - Highway Geogrids
HIGHWAY geogrids are two systems of yarns inteknit with a third one, a knitting yarn, and impregnated with polymer dispersions. The geogrids may be made of glass, polyester or basalt yarns.
Steklonit Poliset - Geogrids
POLISET geogrid is a polymer grid formed by two systems of polymer yarns interknit with a third one, a knitting yarn, and impregnated with a polymer binding agent.
Steklonit Extramat - Geomats
EXTRAMAT geomat is a three-dimensional geosynthetic material obtained by extrusion of polymer or warp-knitting method with its warp made of glass or polyester fiber and its weft made of glass and/or polyester fiber with polymer coating. Geosynthetic materials (geogrid) may be embedded in structure of an extrusion geomat as reinforcement. Geomat may be combined with a non-woven material (geotextile) at one (MTAD-1 geomat) or two (MTAD-2 geomat) sides.
Gruntstab - Woven Geotextiles
Woven geotextile «GRUNTSTAB» – is a material made by textile technology (weaving and knitting) of high modulus polyester yarns.
Сomposite Materials - Composite Fiber-Reinforced Rebars and Grids
Steklonit Stekon - Fiber-Reinforced Plastic Rebar
STEKON fiber-reinforced polymer rebar (composite rebar) referstorods made of reinforcing fibers which are impregnated with polymer thermosetting biпding agent and hardened, with transversal or helical ribs made on surface of the rods.
Steklonit Stekon - Model FRP - Polymer Grid
Production of STEKON composite reinforcing mesh based on alkali-resistant glass fiber Advantex with subsequent impregnation. The reinforcing mesh consists of bars arranged in a rigid mesh frame which is impregnated and fastened at the intersections with a polymer binding agent. Standard typical size is as follows: 1 or 2 meters in width cut to 1x2 m sheets, or in rolls (according to a preliminary order).
Steklonit Stekon - Flexible Link
STEKON flexible link is a piece of a reinforcing bar with outer spiralled ribs, 300 to 550mm in length and 6 to 8mm in diameter.
Сomposite Materials - Rods and Profiles
Steklonit Pulglass - Unidirectional Fiberglass Profiles and Rods
PULGLASS unidirectional fiberglass profiles and rods are manufactured by pulling roving of glass strands preimpreganted with binding agent through a forming bushing.
