The TekMark Casing Lifter allows the driller to install casing without welding lugs onto the casing and then having to cut them off. It saves both rig time and labor and is safer than conventional casing lifting methods because there is nothing protruding beyond the casing diameter while the casing is being elevated and lowered. The casing lifter has a capacity of 70,000 lbs static load and an individual lifter can be converted from any size to another size with a "conversion kit" which is composed of a different sized wedge and a different diameter adapter plate. 70,000 lb. Operation: Attach drop pipe to female pipe coupling welded to the top lifter bail and attach 1/8" cable to cable loop. You will need enough drop pipe and cable to reach the depth in the casing string where you wish to activate the lifter.  The guide point will be on the tool when you get it. You will lower tool down the bore hold until the lifter cap assembly comes into contact with the casing. The lifter cap is the same size as the casing O.D. so it will not go inside of the casing. Once you are at rest in the casing you will push down on the drop pipe and then pull back.

The TekMark Casing Holder is an external gripping device which holds strings of casing on the OD using a conventional "slip" action. It is generally used to hold the casing string in the bore hole while additional lengths of casing are added to the string.

The TekMark Flush Joint Elevator provides a positive grip onto the casing wall. The 4 carbide teeth bite into the casing. Works on PVC, steel and stainless steel flush joint casing and screen. Four gripper bolts included. Carbide Gripper Points mounted on 1/2" Hex Bolts: S29 each. There are 4 of these bolts on the Flush Joint Elevator.

The TekMark Heavy Column Pipe Holder is used to lift and install column pipe. There are 4 of these 3/4" carbide pads gripping the pipe, 2 on each slip.

The down the hole casing puller is specifically designed to install PVC liner and to retrieve dropped PVC casing/This tool works off a drill string or drop pipe and a 1/8" cable. When you pull on the drill string or drop pipe the lower section wedges the top section and exerts outward pressure on the PVC, steel or iron pipe. If you wish to extract the tool you pull up on the cable (which is attached to the top section of the tool) while pushing down slightly on the drop pipe or drill string and the tool will be released so you can lift it to the surface. This tool can be used to set liner down hole. The down hole casing puller can be shimmed to work on several casing IDs. Ask for a quote for the addition of shims. Capacity: 20,000 lbs.

The TekMark Casing Alignment Clamps are used to align flush joint steel casing before welding. Larger sizes are available upon request.

The TekMark Torch Guide is used to direct a PVC saw when cutting PVC casing at the surface. It allows the driller to cut the PVC 90 degrees from vertical with a straight clean cut. It also is used with an acetylene torch to cut steel casing off above ground level with a straight clean cut. The casing protruding above the ground is often the only part of the constructed well viewed by the customer. If it does not present a professional appearance, it may reflect poorly on the job done by the driller.

The TekMark Spear is generaly used to set liner in the borehold and to recover dropped casing.

We make these elevators with wings which are even with the top of coupling containment box so a pipe wrench can easily be placed on coupling to tighten or loosen.
