The Vision G2 Classic 6 dissolution tester is the compact, rugged workhorse sibling to the Vision G2 Elite 8. Named in honor of the world’s first dissolution tester, a six-position test station introduced by Hanson Research in 1969, the G2 Classic 6 is precision engineered to ease the rigors of manual dissolution testing. The G2 Classic 6 meets and exceeds worldwide standards including compliance with USP, FDA, ASTM, EP, JP, CE, CSA, RoHS, and 21 CFR Part 11.

The Vision G2 Elite 8 dissolution tester is a versatile performance machine, built with the highest quality components and engineering. The G2 Elite 8’s ergonomic design and workhorse performance make it ideal for automation and extended applications as well as for 8-sample manual testing. The G2 Elite 8 meets and exceeds worldwide standards including compliance with USP, US FDA, ASTM, EP, JP, CE, CSA, RoHS, and 21 CFR Part 11.

The Vision® AutoPlus™ is a modern upgrade of the popular Hanson legacy AutoPlus™ autosampler. The Vision AutoPlus comes with a choice of 6 or 8 sampling channels, and DissoScan™ (1-bath) or Maximizer™ (up to 3 baths) configurations. Precision syringe pump mechanics, all-inert tubing and valves, and color touchscreen programming with up to 100 protocols are standard on each instrument. The Vision® AutoFill™ is a sample collector designed for seamless integration with the Vision AutoPlus to save space and to provide a 360 degree view for visual monitoring of the collection process.. Vision AutoFill accessories include choice of collection racks with 13 x 100 or 16 x 100 mm test tubes for UV-Vis, 12 x 32 mm vials for HPLC, sample trays with 12 x 32 mm vials for UPLC®, and more.

The Media-Mate Plus™ is the perfect media-prep system for a busy dissolution lab that demands both speed and accuracy. It delivers pre-heated, filtered, deaerated, and volumetrically dispensed media to 6 or 7 dissolution vessels simultaneously in less than five minutes. Built on a unique ergonomic cart, the Media-Mate Plus offers maximum portability for easy servicing of many dissolution test stations. The Media-Mate Plus exceeds USP / US FDA recommended media deaeration specifications making it one of the most effective tools in ensuring successful Performance Verification Tests (PVT). By significantly reducing dissolved oxygen levels and dispensing media simultaneously into 6 or 7 vessels, the MediaMate Plus eliminates the variable caused by Prednisone tablets that are highly sensitive to dissolved oxygen levels, thus facilitating successful passage of PVT tests.
