Our model 1100 series is an Industrial Standard that sets the bar for other units to be ranked against. True globe shaped housings yielding lower pressure drops, one-piece cast bodies to achieve pressure capabilities unheard of in the industry, among other reasons as to why our units are the standard to compare others to. You’ll find these units commonly in the HVAC, Machine Tool, and Marine industries, but you will find them other places too due to their reliability and accuracy.
Thomas - Adjustable Liquid Flow Switch
This unit is an adjustable version of our model 1100, an Industrial Standard, if you need the same accuracy and ruggedness that the model 1100 offers but need a field adjustable set point, this is the model for you. The switch in this unit is silicone potted in a factory replaceable capsule to permit a very high vibration resistance as well as keeping it repairable in the event of failure. This model has a true globe-shaped one-piece cast body that yields a lower pressure drop and minimizes turbulence while keeping the pressure capabilities very high.

This unit is a right angle version of our model 1300, an Industrial Standard, if you need the same accuracy and ruggedness that the model 1300 offers except you have space constraints or an application where a 90° unit would fit better, this is the unit for you. This flow switch is an excellent choice for applications that may see high pressures as well as when flow set point adjust-ability is needed or desired.
