TramflocE 1015-1017 formulations are the sodium salts of a polycarboxylic acid and are supplied as mobile liquids, miscible with water in all proportions. These products are produced to a 40% activity level. These formulations are very high charge density anionic polymers with a specific gravity of 1.3 and viscosity between 100-400 cps. These formulations function to reduce fluid losses and stabilize shale while increasing lubricity in the borehole.

The Tramfloc2 1000 series drilling additives include our 148,129 and 1019-1022 product formulations. They are highly concentrated aqueous solutions of high molecular weight anionic polyacrylamides. Tramfloc2 1000 series products are completely water soluble and safe to apply. Tramfloc2 1000 series products are used to promote hole stability, increase penetration rates, offer better well development, produce consistent mud properties, control fluid loss to the formation, minimize problems with sloughing shales. These formulations are efficient friction reducers when used in water-based fracturing fluids and are capable of reducing pressure losses due to friction by amounts in excess of 70%.

Tramfloc 1027 is a copolymer of acrylic and sulfonic acids in a partially neutralized form especially formulated to prevent and remove Struvite and other mineral scale deposits commonly found in wastewater treatment plant equipment. Struvite, MgNH4PO4 6H20, frequently develops in anaerobic digesters when the solubility of its constituents exceeds saturation levels. TramflocE 1027 is supplied as a stable, low viscosity solution. Tramfloc 1027 is completely water soluble, biodegradable and is safe to use.

Tramfloc 1028 is a low molecular weight polyacrylate scale inhibitor. It is an anionic polymer of 50% solids and a viscosity of approximately 300 cps. Tramfloc2 1028 is supplied as a stable, low viscosity solution. Tramfloc2 1028 is completely water soluble, biodegradable and is safe to use. This formulation modifies the crystal structure and shape of the forming crystal so that it does not adhere to the surface. The product consistency assures predictable performance and is effective at very low dosages.

Tramfloc 1029 is a medium molecular weight polyacrylate scale inhibitor. It is an anionic polymer of 50% solids and a viscosity of approximately 400 cps. Tramfloc 1029 is supplied as a stable, low viscosity solution. Tramfloc 1029 is completely water soluble, biodegradable and is safe to use.
