Tramfloc - Model 1027 -Struvite Dispersant Additives
Tramfloc 1027 is a copolymer of acrylic and sulfonic acids in a partially neutralized form especially formulated to prevent and remove Struvite and other mineral scale deposits commonly found in wastewater treatment plant equipment. Struvite, MgNH4PO4 6H20, frequently develops in anaerobic digesters when the solubility of its constituents exceeds saturation levels. TramflocE 1027 is supplied as a stable, low viscosity solution. Tramfloc 1027 is completely water soluble, biodegradable and is safe to use.
Uses
Tramfloc 1027 is used to increase wastewater plant sludge productions. Tramfloc 1027 is used as an antiscalant in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment operations. Tramfloc 1027 will help prevent scale deposition such as Struvite. Tramfloc E 1027 is dosed at 25 ppm which is a 40000:1 dilution with clean water. Tramfloc 1027 has been shown to be more effective and safer alternative to apply than inorganic salts.
Make-Down
It is recommended that Tramfloc 1027 be fed directly to the affected plant process to be treated.

Tramfloc 1027 is available in 2650# totes and 525# net weight drums and in bulk.
Handling and Storage
Tramfloc 1027 should be stored in a cool, dry place. Empty drums should be disposed of according to local regulations.
Safety and Health
Spills of this product areextremely slippery. Precautions should be taken to prevent them from entering lakes or streams. TramflocE 1027 has been shown to exhibit a low order of toxicity. Nevertheless, precautionshould be taken to prevent inhalation, ingestion or contact with skin or eyes. Observing basic industrial hygiene precautions should prevent any health or safety hazards.
