Industrial Fluid Separation Products and Supplies

Trucent - Industrial Centrifuge Systems

Custom Industrial Filter Solutions & High-Performance Automatic Disc Stack Centrifuges. Given enough time, gravity will always separate fluids of different densities. Oil and water form their own layers, and particles are drawn together and either float to the top or settle at the bottom. You can see it when you look at the different layers formed in a bottle of Italian dressing that’s been left sitting undisturbed.

Trucent - Three-Phase Centrifuge Systems

One of the key defining differences among industrial centrifuges is between “two-phase separation” and “three-phase separation.” Two-phase centrifuges (like the CentraSep S-126) are generally used for liquid-solid separation. For example, a two-phase centrifuge might be used to pull paint sludge from wash fluid. Three-phase centrifuges remove a solid from suspension while also separating two liquid phases (also called “liquid-liquid-solid separation”). A good centrifuge can remove metal fines from cutting fluid while also separating out tramp water—all in a single pass.

Trucent - Two-Phase Centrifuge Systems

The CentraSep S-Series Centrifuge: High-Performance Two-Phase Solid/Liquid Separation. Given enough time, every solid will eventually fall out of suspension. But “enough time” can be days, months—even years. There are many different styles of centrifugal separation equipment to consider: screen/scroll centrifuges, large horizontal decanter centrifuge, tubular bowl centrifuges, disc stack centrifuges, and more. Each is suitable for a wide variety of tasks, but still has its own specific strengths. The CentraSep S-Series two-phase centrifuge is designed and built for high-performance solid-liquid separation and low-maintenance operation. It takes up little floor space and can run continuously with no operator intervention, extracting up to four times as many solids as similar separation equipment.

Trucent - Industrial Ultrafiltration Membranes

Producers of industrial ultrafiltration systems often show customers a clear, clean liquid after a brief test running the customer’s industrial fluid through an ultrafiltration membrane. However, the reality of continuously running ultrafiltration (UF) with known membrane foulants such as oils, polymers, coatings, and blinding particulates in your industrial fluids is undoubtedly more complicated.

Trucent - Industrial Magnetic Separators

In-line, Auto-purging, High-intensity Magnetic Separators. Fines and metal contaminants can cost you a fortune. Plants with seemingly effective magnetic separators and particle capture systems in place often run smoothly for weeks on end. Then, without warning, they suddenly find themselves scrapping tens of thousands of dollars in parts.

Trucent - Industrial Sump Cleaners

Clean process fluids are the lifeblood of any industrial operation. Our high-suction sump cleaners and sludge vacuums make it easy to remove all the collected industrial fluids—coolants, metalworking fluids, and cutting fluids—and solid waste from your reservoirs, tank sumps, and pits. Regular hassle-free sump cleaning improves industrial and metalworking processes, lowers costs, and prevents contamination and quality-control problems before they start.

Trucent - Comprehensive, Hassle-Free Batch Reclamation and Industrial Fluid Recycling Systems

Good oil, fluid, and lubricant is the lifeblood of your process. It leads to cleaner processes, cleaner machines, cleaner tools, and the right flow and pressure delivered at each operation. But oil invariably collects contaminants. This drives unpredictable tool wear, poor part quality, inconsistent results, and piles of rejects.

Trucent - Industrial Decanter Centrifuges

Horizontal Decanter Centrifuges for Consistent and Reliable Performance. Every industrial manufacturing operation is unique. No two facilities handle the same materials in precisely the same setting, using precisely the same fluids under precisely the same conditions. Nonetheless, most equipment companies push generic “one-size-fits-all” fluid separation, wastewater filtration, and dewatering solutions. As a result, manufacturers can struggle to pinpoint, minimize, and remove failure mechanisms that creep into their production process. But if you can match the right separation process to your discharge, you can meet almost any challenge and get consistent results.

Trucent - Model COSS-SL - Ethanol Corn Oil Centrifuge

Too many ethanol plants are extracting just a fraction of their available corn oil. We want to help you get more. So we’ve expanded our proprietary emulsion breaking chemistry, our process analytics, and our centrifuge offerings with that specific goal in mind: best-in-class DCO recovery and extraction.

Trucent TruShield - Model SC - Syrup Conditioner

Centrifuges and tricanters are a significant investment. You want them to run—and run well—for as long as possible. But far too many ethanol plants are overworking their centrifuges or tricanters when extracting distillers corn oil (DCO). Adding a DCO syrup conditioner to your extraction system is a step in the right direction. A syrup conditioning module removes large particles from your syrup, which reduces your syrup stream’s viscosity and improves oil droplet size, resulting in increased separation efficiency and improved DCO quality overall. It also protects the rest of your line from clogs and the resulting downtime.
