In fact, we won’t sell you a CentraSep machine unless we are convinced it will service your needs efficiently. That’s why we offer complete laboratory testing capabilities to determine if our CentraSep unit is an appropriate solution for your needs. We also offer a multitude of services through Trucent.

Traditional chemical management is typically about reducing the cost of fluid purchases. But reducing your fluid usage overall unlocks the potential for much larger cost savings than just saving a few pennies per gallon.

Each coolant type reacts differently with each combination of contaminants. Consider tramp oil: Some coolants reject it altogether. Other coolants tend to emulsify tramp oils. Still, others will reject tramp oil for a time, but after it reaches a specific concentration, they will begin to emulsify it. As a result, coolant management systems that seem to have worked fine for months might abruptly stop working altogether. By then, your sumps have already become an excellent breeding ground for bacteria. This increasing bioburden further degrades your chemistry (because bacteria feed on the corrosion inhibitors in your coolant and then excrete organic acids, salts, and hydrogen sulfide—all of which contributed to increased corrosion). The right coolant management system focuses on maintaining your coolant with ongoing impurity removal. This is far more cost-effective than waiting until you see (and smell) trouble on your line.

Reliability in your plant starts with reliable lubrication—not just the reliable flow of lube, but the reliable management of your lubricant and lubrication filtration system overall. Your hydraulic presses, engines, and other equipment don’t operate in an ideal world. They operate in the gritty world of manufacturing. Even “sealed systems” have breather elements that need to suck in air to keep the lube oil flowing. That air invariably brings in particles and moisture. As those contaminants accumulate, they drag down efficiency, decrease the precision of operations, and damage the high-performance components in your equipment.

No Worries Industrial Oil Management. Contaminants will always accumulate in your oil. It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in. Even in “closed-loop” systems, the breathers draw in moisture, fine particulate, bacteria, and other impurities with every cycle. These contaminate your oil, altering viscosity and chemistry. As oil drifts out of spec, part quality deteriorates, and tool wear accelerates. This, in turn, degrades the operator environment and shifts time away from production and into maintenance. All of that eats into the bottom line—and that starts long before it’s evident that the process fluids have become contaminated.

We Can Help You Increase Your Corn Oil Yield Today. Distillers corn oil is, by far, the most profitable coproduct in any dry grind corn ethanol plant. On average, most ethanol producers are only extracting about one-third of the available distillers’ corn oil (DCO). More troubling: That yield varies wildly, leaving behind between one-third and three-quarters of the DCO. At current prices, just smoothing out DCO yield could translate to hundreds of thousands of dollars of revenue each month. With the right technology, it’s not unusual for a plant to add millions of dollars in annual revenue by merely improving DCO extraction (without detracting from your ethanol production or degrading the value of your DDGS as animal feed).
