Trucent - Distillers Corn Oil Recovery Services
We Can Help You Increase Your Corn Oil Yield Today. Distillers corn oil is, by far, the most profitable coproduct in any dry grind corn ethanol plant. On average, most ethanol producers are only extracting about one-third of the available distillers’ corn oil (DCO). More troubling: That yield varies wildly, leaving behind between one-third and three-quarters of the DCO. At current prices, just smoothing out DCO yield could translate to hundreds of thousands of dollars of revenue each month. With the right technology, it’s not unusual for a plant to add millions of dollars in annual revenue by merely improving DCO extraction (without detracting from your ethanol production or degrading the value of your DDGS as animal feed). We are eager to help get you there.
Trucent - Centrifuge Repair Services
There’s a lot that can go wrong with your centrifuge. These are complex devices with multiple motors, they demand careful attention from operators, and they are difficult to field service. That’s why we’ve gone out of our way to make centrifuges easy: extremely reliable, highly programmable, and easy to service in the field. But nothing lasts forever, no equipment is truly “maintenance-free,” and no process truly “foolproof.” That’s why—in contrast to other suppliers—we’re prepared to offer comprehensive maintenance and repair services, day or night.
Trucent - Laboratory Services
Make Informed Decisions with Trucent Lab Services. Too often, people think they know how to solve your problems before they’ve taken the time to fully understand them. But when they do that, they miss opportunities to learn valuable—even critical—information. And you’re left “flying blind.” At Trucent, we know that you are the expert on your day-to-day challenges. That’s why every Trucent solution begins with a conversation. Our engineers come out to your site (at no cost and with no obligation) to walk your entire process with you, sampling your fluids at every important stage along the way, and learning from your experience. Then we come back to our lab with our notes and your samples and design a custom solution that makes sense for your needs—not one built to some generic “best” spec, but instead the solution that’s best for your plant, your people, and your product.
