USA complements our services line by providing an added level of expertise in industrial cleaning and maintenance services. Our experience working in complex chemical plants and other manufacturing operations will help keep industrial plants and processes running smooth and safely. We now offer a large and diverse fleet of hydroblasting and air moving equipment designed to safely and efficiently remove a variety of material from industrial process equipment. This equipment will clean exchangers, towers, vessels, lines, sewers, and other contaminated surfaces.

USA Emergency Response Teams can mobilize and respond to a variety of emergency situations utilizing fully stocked response units and specialized equipment to mitigate almost any incident. We are capable of providing immediate protection and rapid mitigation and decontamination of chemical, biological and radioactive agents. Our employees, specialized field equipment, and safety equipment have made USA a valuable risk management tool for transporters, petrochemical plant managers, and facility managers.

USA offers a full range of precision demolition and dismantling services for the decontamination, decommissioning, and demolition of structures, buildings, chemical and refining facilities, equipment, and paved surfaces. The demolition market demands the skill to disassemble, salvage, and recycle a variety of structures and equipment, often in a limited time frame or small area. USA`s expertise in these areas can maximize your investment recovery opportunities and greatly off-set the demolition cost for a project. In addition, we have a variety of techniques for the removal of surficial contamination including heavy metals, PCBs, pesticides and other contaminants from the affected surfaces; thereby allowing the contaminated structures to be reused, recyled or disposed of at a non-hazardous facility.

Excavation and grading operations involve more than simply moving dirt. Finish grade tolerance, compaction, soil mechanics and recognizing hazardous conditions all must be taken into consideration. Many projects completed by USA involve the physical movement of materials in one form or another. We own a variety of earth moving equipment including track-mounted hydraulic excavators, track dozers, wheel loaders, and vibratory compactors. Our operators are some of the best in the business. Many of our Superintendents began their careers in heavy highway or underground utility construction.

USA has installed a number of groundwater extraction and treatment systems for public entities such as the Port of Houston Authority, major oil companies, airports, landfills, and private engineering firms. These systems have removed a wide variety of organic and inorganic contaminants from groundwater and typically employ one or more of the following treatment strategies: Phase Separation, Vacuum Extraction, Filtration, Air Stripping, Chemical Oxidation (UV, Peroxide and/or Ozone), Biological Oxidation (Aerobic and/or Anaerobic), Neutralization, Precipitation, Carbon Absorption.

USA`s construction teams have successfully completed landfill construction and closure projects and have the expertise to understand the intricacies of bidding and managing these highly complex projects. Projects include the construction of new storage facilities ranging from temporary containment areas for contaminated soils to sophisticated operational landfill units for the disposal of municipal, industrial, and hazardous waste. Capping systems are constructed to achieve secure isolation of waste material from the environment. We have installed leachate collection and storage facilities, provided landfill cap and regarding at industrial sites, constructed new landfill cell expansions for BFI and Waste Management, and provided operation and maintenance services.

USA is registered with the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) as an Underground Storage Tank (UST) Contractor, Registration No. CRP001398. USA has both TCEQ UST “A” Licensed Installation Specialist and TCEQ “B” Licensed Removal/Closure Specialist who have managed projects involving the removal of numerous underground storage tanks in a variety of unique situations. In addition to conventional fuel tanks, we have handled tanks and sumps containing solvents, acids, resins, pesticides and NORM waste.

Almost all projects completed by USA require the proper management of some type of waste materials. To effectively manage these wastes, USA offers a thorough knowledge of RCRA, TSCA, NORM, NOW, DOT, CERCLA, NRC, State Solid Waste Regulations, and Federal EPA Regulations. In addition to the regulatory issues, each disposal facility has their own set of unique forms, analytical requirements and site-specific permits. By utilizing USA to manage your disposal needs you can be assured that your waste stream will be approved in a timely fashion while maintaining compliance with the state and local regulations.

USA has been providing Bulk Waste Transportation and related services to customers throughout the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast region since 2001. The company operates its hazardous and non-hazardous waste hauling fleet through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bayou City Environmental Services, LP, under the dba of USA Waste Transportation Services (USAWTS). USAWTS routinely operates 20 to 30 haz/non-haz waste transportation trucks per day, approximately 90% of which are dispatched out of USA’s Houston and Pasadena, Texas terminals.

USA has successfully applied a wide range of treatment methods to soil contaminated with solvents, pesticides, heavy metals, petroleum compounds, and other priority pollutants. We can help you identify the best technology for each site based on your schedule and space constraints, nature and concentration of the contaminants present, cleanup standards, soil permeability, proximity to groundwater, and a variety of other site-specific parameters. USA`s role is to provide physical personnel and equipment to implement the required soil remediation program (excavation, material handling, mechanical piping, electrical, and site restoration services).
